Es un hotel impresionante lo malo es su personal y la verdad la comida malísima para ser un hotel se supone 5 estrellas la parte de la barra es buena pero su WiFi parece de escuela rural de gobierno muy mala experiencia no regresaría nunca y espero que mejoren en esos aspectos ya que otros Riu como el playa ar de Cancún dejan la bara muy alta

We have visited the RIU Emerald Bay for 11 years. We have enjoyed each and every visit. The rooms are always cleaned as well as the entire resort. Recently my wife stopped drinking and we found out that you have 0.0 alcohol beer at the Sports Bar. I feel this beer should be offered in the room as well as the other bars. Also 0.0 alcohol white wine is also available too.

Incredible family vacation at Riu Emerald Bay
We stayed in a family room and although the room needs a bit of updating, you cannot beat the location or the view. We played a lot of games and had so much fun!! All the staff was friendly (huge thanks to the amazing chef B who made me kiddos their eggs everyday.) such an awesome space and we cannot wait to go back!!!
