Mar 29, 2025A very enjoyable stay at a welcoming hotel with great staff.
The hotel was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Juan on the reception desk; what an accomplished linguist. The restaurant offered a comprehensive choice both at breakfast and dinner throughout the week.The hotel was well placed in Palya de Palma; a pleasant stroll to s'Arenal and Can Pastilla. The bus stop to Palma city was just outsidw the hotel and 2 euro. Would certainly recommend the RIU Concordia

Clean, comfortable and calming stay
Immediately from checking in at the Hotel, the Reception staff was very friendly, accommodating and welcoming in the Reception. The rooms themselves are very clean spacious as well as modern. The rooms were cleaned daily and again the housekeeping staff Were always very pleasant. I opted for the half board basis which include breakfast and dinner and being vegan. I was a bit worried that there wouldn’t be much choice for me however there was always an ample range of food to choose from every day. The staff and the restaurant were always very welcoming and the bar staff went above and beyond to accommodate gas the bar ender that really stood out was a young gentleman called Valentin who was always very welcoming and prompt in her bar service. The hotel had a heated pool which was nice just to get a few laps in as well as a gym which I feel that that could definitely improve as there was no free weights and a lot of the machines were out of order so that would be a suggestion to improve their fitness suite as that was one of the reasons why I chose this hotel. The location of the hotel is ideal as it’s right on the beachfront As well as being a few steps away from the bus stop number 25 will take you to Palmer central in roughly 25 minutes- It does get quite busy that bus service as it’s the main one connecting to the centre so just be aware when travelling at peak times. I was very impressed with this Hotel not only for the money but also it was very clean and it just felt very safe and serene there. I would definitely return.

Best hotel organisation ever
For the 2nd time back in Playa de Palma. First time RIU Festival and in January 2025 RIU Concordia. Again a fantastic experience. Lovely staff and breakfast and dinner superb. January 2026 I will be back!

Excellent for a winter break
Although the hotel was full, everything was good - very clean, nice decor and the food at breakfast was very varied and nice. A very short walk to the bus top to both the airport and the city centre and also the beach, so very convenient. Some minor criticisms:- The majority of the hotel guests were German. I am English and although I spoke to the hotel staff in English they replied in German, even at times after I said I was English. Why do you have to pay a surcharge to use the room safe? 2 euro a day is not much but in a four star hotel this should be included.

Well worth a visit
Great hotel, refurbished to a high standard 4 years ago. Lots of power points, usb charge points, one of the largest shower cubicles I have seen. Great staff who go the extra mile and the buffet choices were mostly good although the predominance of pork did not meet my dietary requirements.
