Très propre, on a vraiment bien mangé le service était très bon. L’équipe d’entertainement était très bon aussi. Le seul point négatif de l’hôtel c’est que l’hôtel donne de l’ombre sur la piscine en après-midi et il y a moins d’espace à la plage.

We had a great time. Resort was really nice. One issue I had was a clog shower the first day of my stay. Maintenance did come and resolve the issue in the morning. My one recommendation would be to enlarge the gym. For a large resort or this, the gym was packed and some guest left led and came back later

This hotel quality has gone downhill Ive been here twice , this was third time Rooms need refurbishing , were given dirty pillows with blood stains Contamt drain smell in bathroom Fromt desk staff don’t care Restaurant food quality poor Restaurant and bar staff and cleaners were friendly

Excelente, pequeños detalles p mejorar
Pocos ascensores, muchos problemas con las tarjetas de la habitación, Poco personal nocturno en área de sport bar, falta de snacks o comida rápida en habitaciones, limitado horario del gym, el resto perfecto, sobre todo la amabilidad y predisposición del personal.

Podría ser mejor
La habitación bastante buena con vista al mar , no funcionaba la caja para enchufar la cafetera 1018 , la cama de una plaza fue demasiado corta para mí que pido 1.80metros, el servicio de maestranza excelente al igual que el personal de la cocina y supervisores de mesas. Lo malo que te encontrabas con platos con fideos tirados tipo 7 am en el piso 10. Muchos pendejos borrachos.
