Chartertrip with family
The hotel has friendly staff, good food and is clean. Most rooms have seaviews. The beaches nearby are rocky.

Great Hotel
Went in Feb25 in a group of 6 friends and family. Initially booked for a different hotel, but due to roadworks we changed. Rooms were fantastic, we were given 2 Bedroom suites. Hotel is on side of hill so has various levels, but plenty of lifts etc. 2 of our party have mobility issues, but got around with no issues. Pools great, we spent a lot of time in the adults only area, plenty of sun beds , but a few issues with some reserving them and not arriving( signs forbidding this are up) Restaurants are great, plenty of choice of freshly cooked food. Speciality restaurants are buffet, it would have been nicer to have waiter service at these. Hotel is spotless and well maintained. Location is great, overlooking the sea and banana plantation. Easy access to promenade walks. Shopping area within 10 mins walk and is quite good.

We have just returned from a lovely week staying at this hotel. We were slightly hesitant to be staying at such a large all inclusive complex but our concerns were totally unfounded. The hotel and facilities are all spotlessly clean, the food was excellent with a large variety of freshly cooked meals every day, the drinks were local brands which was fine for us and with five pools to choose from there should be one to suit everyone. We never had an issue finding Sunbeds however this may not be the case in high season. Our one disappointment was the location of our room, we specifically asked for a quiet room, unfortunately however we were situated very close to the entertainment stage and outside bar which was very noisy throughout the days and evenings. As an improvement we would suggest that guests could request where they are located in the hotel e.g. Quiet room, Sea View etc, for us this the only reason we will be hesitant to return to what is otherwise an excellent hotel in a quiet location with staff who work tirelessly.

My first time in Teneriffe and really couldn't have been any nicer, all the staff we're very happy and helpful, hotel and surroundings were very clean.
