  Location, facilities, staff and the rooms are brilliant; including loads of space and beds at the pools. Unfortunately, much the same as all the other April 2025 reviews, our whole family was struck down with sickness. I believe this is because the pool side bar grill food isn't served fully cooked/hot and the buffet restaurants not serving piping hot food or rotating the food. Such a shame, completely ruined the holiday, we wouldn't return.

  Almost Perfect

  Really not much to fault about this hotel - spotlessly clean, food is very good and the bedrooms are excellent. However, there are a few small points that could improve things greatly! 1) We arrived at 11.30pm along with another 40 guests and there was only 1 (very slow) receptionist doing check in. It took over an hour and if the hotel are aware why not put more staff on? Not a great first impression. 2) Bath towels in bedroom are tiny - I’m an average sized guy and they didn’t cover me. 3) There is an extremely limited choice of drinks at the bar and the cocktail have very little alcohol in them - I’m not a big drinker and I’d feel the effect after 2 or 3 cocktails normally : I had about 10 at the white party and didn’t feel the effects at all!! 4) Staff all very friendly, but robotic - none of them went the extra mile. Reception staff not overly friendly and quite abrupt. 5) No product consistency. For example, you get a properly made coffee from one bar tender, the next one ftom another bar tender is poorly made. 6) Very strange that in a resort of this size and location that there isn’t a small shop selling essentials, souvenirs, ice lollies, snacks etc! The hotel would make a fortune and are definitely missing out on revenue here. There’s not even vending machines for crisps or chocolate etc, so plan ahead if you like a nibble n your room! 7) Getting a sunbed is a nightmare. Reserved from very early in the morning and there just aren’t enough for the amount of guests here - got a bed once in a week : not acceptable. 8) Advertised as non smoking hotel - there are, fairly, smoking areas for those that need it. But guests smoke on their balconies and around the pool and staff did nothing to stop this. Again, not acceptable to those adhering to the rules. All in all a lovely place but small improvements could make a huge difference. Big shout out to bartender Ela (from Romania) - such a lovely, friendly staff member who had a smile on her face from dawn till dusk : she is a credit to the hotel!

  Fantastic Holday

  Fantastic Holiday, the food was perfect and the staff is very nice. There is a cute little beach very close to the hotel too.

  Nice clean hotel with good pools

  The hotel is clean with lovely pools. There were a couple of issues the double doors to get into your room are not practical when you have children in buggies trying to hold one door open and opening the next not easy. It would be nice if they had somewhere to get ice cream or ice lollies other than when the restaurants were open to get ice cream. A small shop would be ideal or an ice box in the fridges so you could put ice lollies in. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful bar one. The food was fresh but not hot and was repetitive after a few days. The roast beef was really nice on Sunday. Personally I would not go back to this hotel but we did have a nice family holiday enjoyed the sun and easy to get to the monkey park and Siam park from the hotel.

  Wonderful relaxing holiday

  Friendly staff from the moment we arrived to our final sad goodbye. Hard working and happy staff always keeping the hotel looking clean and tidy. We enjoyed the food, yes it’s repetitive but there’s always a good choice and found it to be tasty. We were lucky to book the Italian restaurant and enjoyed eating there for a treat. The Atlantico was our favourite at lunchtime with a beautiful view on the outside balcony. Large water bottles available from the lobby bar and self service drinks were good. I really enjoyed the different cocktails, I’m not a big drinker so it you want more alcohol in just ask the staff they are very friendly. The hotel is in a quiet location but for us it was perfect as a parent and child travelling alone. We walked out a night time around the coastal path and also walked to the local shops and shopping centre always feeling safe. The pools very great and plenty of sunbeds that we never felt crowded. If you want a specific bed then yes you have to be quick but there was always beds available as long as you don’t mind where you sit. Our room was a sea view overlooking the adult pool which I paid extra for but it was worth every penny we were so close to the sea. The room was always so quiet, clean and a lovely comfy bed. So you see I have no complaints on the hotel we loved every minute however before our trip I was anxious about reading reviews on sickness at the hotel and while I’m sorry to hear that some people fell ill I would have never have known if I hadn’t read about it on FB. We never saw or heard about anyone being ill while we were there. We were careful about using hand sanitizer and the restaurants also provide it on entry. I will say is that so many childen and adults! use the toilets and leave without washing their hands touching the door handles and goodness where else also letting children get their own food then putting it back if they change their mind! So I think that maybe personal hygiene is a big part of the problem rather than the hotel as it’s a huge place with so many guests. We would definitely recommend and would love to visit again in the future.
