Apr 14, 2025Jacques Midi - best bartender ever at Sole Bar !!!!!
I recently stayed a Renaissance Wind Creek in Aruba. The bar at the resort, "Sole Bar" really made our trip!!! The bar tender Jacques Midi is AMAZING!!! So welcoming and extremely accommodating to our drink requests. Jac is the best!!! Thank you Jac for making our vaca fantastic!!!! :)

Sensational
I went with my girlfriend we both are in our late 20’s and we had truly a 10/10 weekend. This is the first trip we did resort style and wow did they set the bar high. From the customer service to the friendly faces on the pool deck/renaissance island taking our orders - just a truly unforgettable weekend. we stayed at the adult hotel and the room was exactly what we expected, very cozy. Anytime we went to the pool there were always chairs. The renaissance island is everything you have read about. Get there early and have the best time ever we got there at 8 am and left at 5 PM. We did the massages on the island and that was sensational. The steak house in the hotel was fantastic, great meat selections and wine as well. Casino was fun but nothing to rave about, wish they had craps! It’s okay though we loved just spending time walking around and spending the days in the sun. Will be coming back!

Beautiful Island
Amazing, relaxing day at Renaissance Island. From the boat ride over, watching flamingos walk around and the service, this is a must do for any visitor to Aruba. Also scheduled a couples massage on the beach, and it was incredible. Both Gloria and Pilar were both professional and personable. Took time to ask what our preference in massage and checked with us during the massage of how we were feeling. Thank you to both for a great relaxing day!!

Great hotel
Staff very friendly. Rooms very clean. Hotel is very well managed. Pool is great. Overall a good experience. Right beside cruise terminal. I been very often to this hotel for business. The casino is good free drinks if playing. Would recommend for city hotel

Celebrating 77 at the Renaissance Wind Creek Resort
This was our 4th trip to Aruba and our 2nd time staying at the Renaissance Wind Creek Resort. My wife and I were there celebrating my 77th birthday. We’re already planning a return trip to Aruba and the Renaissance Wind Creek next year for my 78th birthday. We love the location of the resort across from the marina where guests have easy access to Renaissance Island on the water shuttle which you can board inside the resort. There are numerous excellent restaurants nearby and wonderful restaurants inside the resort. We had the Fish Market buffet twice at the Aquarius restaurant and both the food and staff were outstanding. At the Papagayo restaurant on Renaissance Island, Melushka provided excellent service for breakfast on April 4th. Our room while not spectacular overlooked the marina providing a view of the Cruise ships coming and going. The staff at the resort, Renaissance Island and both casinos provided excellent service during our 7 day stay. The staff even provided a cake and balloons in recognition of my birthday. We enjoyed every moment of our stay at the Renaissance Wind Creek Resort and Casino. Charles and Carolyn Grantham
