Traveling with the kids? Fun Lab is geared toward teenagers ages 12-19 and includes a movie theater, hockey and soccer tables, arcade games, pizza, and other delicious snacks. Open from 12:00pm-10:00pm, it's the perfect place for the kids to hang out while you enjoy some adult time!

F38/Alejandro is the best gold cart driver out here, coolest dude on the Resort. Alejandro makes you and your family and/or friends feel special so dont sleep on him. Dial 0 and ask for F38 and he'll be there super quick. Youre the man Alejandro!

We loved Alejondro #38! He was awesome and such a joy to see! Great resort and food! We all really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back in the future. Very fun place to stay, the sky pool was our favorite spot! Beautiful location for a wedding!

Outstanding Service
Our visit between Dec. 7-14 was beyond words. We had excellent service, food and accommodations. I would especially like to acknowledge the wonderful cart service we had from our driver Elias#14. He was extremely friendly, cautious, and helpful in getting on and off the cart. Our thanks to him for his kindness and hospitality. His extension is 8861.

Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach is an absolutely gorgeous property with absolutely amazing views! The restaurants and public spaces were beautiful as well. Everything was extremely clean and well kept. The majority of the food was very good. Service was a little slow but good, most of the time. Room service, cart service, and housekeeping were very prompt. There are lots of pools with a variety of experiences from very quiet to party atmosphere. We enjoyed excellent service at the pool near Tazuna. We did have a bit of a rough start. We arrived before check-in time so had lunch at The Bistro while waiting for our room to be ready. The service was terrible. We would not see our server for like 30 minutes at a time. Then during that time and while we were sitting in the lobby afterwards, we were approached 5 times about the time share presentation. All of this before we even saw our room. When we got to our room I was very disappointed. The decor is extremely dated and very, very dark. Some of the lights didn’t work. The art and other decor didn’t have the same color scheme, so it had a kind of thrift store feel. The walls were crumbling in some places and the room smelled very stale and musty. The hot water was not hot. We had someone come and look at it 3 times but they were never able to fix it. The front desk acknowledged the problem but made no efforts to compensate us or offer us a room change. Overall, it is a beautiful property, but one should be forewarned about the rooms. I should have caught on when there were no pictures of the rooms on their website. I wish I had taken pictures of our room, but I was trying to focus on the positive. I would return to this property if the rooms were renovated.

wonderful service at the Sky Pool
Jorge At the Sky Pool was amazing! He was so on top of things and went above and beyond for me and my friends. Even though sometimes I only ordered ice and limes . I wish I had visited Jorge and the Sky Pool on Day 1 of my vacation. I’ll be back for sure
