Traveling with the kids? Fun Lab is geared toward teenagers ages 12-19 and includes a movie theater, hockey and soccer tables, arcade games, pizza, and other delicious snacks. Open from 12:00pm-10:00pm, it's the perfect place for the kids to hang out while you enjoy some adult time!

Nov 26, 2024Beautiful resort in need of a little love
The resort is starting to seriously show its age. It is still absolutely beautiful from almost every view, but holes in bathroom walls (main pool), no hot water in our room for 24 hours, a moldy smell that permeated our room, and food almost always served cold are a few of the issues we had. Our point person Pablo was great - willing to help with whatever we needed. Hector, Jaime and Ulises were some of the servers we really enjoyed. If food and maintenance were improved, this resort could easily be a 5.

I never write reviews, but I simply HAD to give a massive shout out to Pablo at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset. He went out of his way both professionally and personally to make my son’s wedding proposal beyond special. He was attentive and responsive and made absolutely everything happen even when we thought it couldn’t we love this place and we love Pablo even more!

Daniela was the BEST
Daniela Castro was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She spent a great deal of time and effort to make sure we were comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed. She was ready with answers to our questions and solutions to our problems. She was truly incredible!

A beautiful resort
We had an amazing meal at The Bistro. Our server Denilson Rogelio was outstanding. He managed our group of 11 with grace and kindness. We highly recommend Pueblo Bonito resort. It is beautiful. The pools are nice and the spa is excellent. Don't miss the sunset.

Heaven On Earth Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort
We absolutely love staying at the Pueblo Bonito Sun Set Beach resort We have been members since 2000 We are treated like royalty in every sense of the word We have a wonderful individual that takes care of our every need His name is Delfino… he is superb.. If you ever get a chance to visit the resort … ask for Delfino Also in addition we are taken care of in the pool areas by a really great efficient individual named Fernando.
