    So pretty! Friendly staff!

    Beautiful resort - be ready to walk! The pools were nice and centrally located. Buildings were beautiful and well organized/cleaned. Staff was friendly and helpful. Especially Liz at the Starbucks was SO sweet and took good care of my coffee every morning.

    Top Tier Service.

    Upon arrival we were a little discouraged with being told our rooms were not payed for but Angie took her time with us, smiled through the whole process and let us know everything will be alright. In just a very short time Angie made things possible and me and my coworkers were happy. Thank you Angie for your service, patience and help

    Great location for Business

    I was there for business. When I checked in Angie help me check in. We had a few issues with splitting my charges for my personal stay but she got it done. Upon checking out I originally planned to stay 1 night here & find another hotel for the remaining time but Braden was so helpful & found me a rate that I couldn't resist so I booked 2 more nights. The staff is very helpful & the food was delicious. My only suggestion is to update the outside of the property.

    Nice resort but needs renovation

    Rooms are very spacious and good floor plan. Needs major updating! Bed was super comfy and shower excellent! That being said, the toilets need a major update as slow to flush after several attempts. Housekeeping was great with service every day. Ice machine in our building was broken. Big resort with several smaller buildings and signage for getting around was poor. The main pool was great with lots of room for couples or families with kids. All in all it was a nice place but needs a major renovation.

    Stress from not finding my booked reservations on-line.

    Angie one of the operators for the hotel was so helpful with my 2 reservations for me and my friends. She was able to find my reservations when I could not on-line. I was able to retrieve one reservation but not the other one. She had to stay on the phone with me and finally she was able to confirm for me that I had 2 reservations. PHEW!! Thank you, Angie!! I hope management sees this review. Carolyn
