We Love Playa Los Arcos Hotel, The Staff is very friendly and location is the best in PV! We have been coming here for many years and we just love the layout, the Authentic Feel of the hotel and location in the downtown Romantic Zone is excellent. Lots to do, eat, drink and see while here.

PVR at its best !!!
I was at the Casa Dona Susana. I was able to use the amenities at Playa Los Arcos. Had a great time. All the staff were customer oriented and very friendly. A special shout out to Miguel Alvarez the bell hop alway a smiling helpful guy at any time of the day. I will definately be back !! Thanks Dennis

Great atmosphere and beautiful views
Wonderful from start to finish! The rooms are clean, roomy.l and the bedding comfortable. The staff is excellent, especially Jamie in the dining area. He went above and beyond providing us with superb service with a warm smile. It was my brothers 61st Birthday and Jamie brought over a beautifully decorated cake, chocolate with fresh strawberries. with a sparkler on top. It was great! , David on the patio was a pleasure as well. Sweet young man and i am sure has a bright future. Other notable people servers were Ricardo and Pablo. I am sire there are more i am missing. The grill cook Naelli is so fun and you can tell she really enjoys her job! Adrian the activities director was great. I highly recommend the water aerobics. Adrian made them fun and entertaining, shaky, shaky! There is nightly live entertainment and dancing! So much fun! The energy of this place is great! I highly recommend and will be back.

It just gets better!
The location and service was teh greatest. The hospitality extended by the empoyees(who are really the face of the hotel) should be very much appreciated by the owners. They employees go out of their way to be cheerful,couerteous and helpful where they are serving you a cup of coffee or a banquet or giving you a massage! Really rested during this stay. Watchting the ocean waves and even the whale sightings proved a great experience.

A magical stay at Playa Los Arcos with a 4-year-old. Shout out to Ricardo for making our stay unforgettable!
**Playa Los Arcos Hotel Beach Resort Review - 10/10!** We just got back from an amazing week-long stay at Playa Los Arcos, among other areas. And WOW, what an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was great – the room, the pool, the food, and the atmosphere were all fantastic. We were traveling from Canada and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot to relax and unwind. If you're traveling with kids, this place was perfect. Our 4-year-old had an absolute blast, and so did we! It is so central you can walk either way and have lots to look at and do. But what really made our stay extra special was Ricardo in the dining area. Ricardo went above and beyond starting on day one. He remembered my father, who was staying at the sister resort just across the way, they did that dance in the stairway when they both paused to let each other pass. Ricardo’s smile could literally light up the entire room, and he was so much fun to talk with. Every time we hesitated on a drink choice, he’d recommend something new (granted, we had the all-inclusive package!). He even made sure we had a great view of the stage events by automatically reserving a table for us. We felt like VIPs the entire time! On our last day, Ricardo surprised us with a 4-course meal and a plate of dessert. But the best part? The dessert was beautifully decorated with a picture and a goodbye message. And fireworks went off just as he dropped it off – though he swears it wasn’t planned. But hey, we’re going with the story that it was totally a part of the farewell experience! We’re already talking about making this a yearly tradition and making sure we visit Ricardo every time. If you’re lucky enough to be served by him, consider yourself blessed. Playa Los Arcos, you’ve won us over with Ricardo, you’re the absolute BEST! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
