Moises on the entertainment staff was exceptional! He was very helpful, friendly and energetic! He went out of his way to assist us and made us feel very welcome! He always made sure we had what we needed and was attentive to our requests. He deserves great recognition!

Family Vacation
My family and I had an amazing time. We booked the Star Class swimout which was a really great choice. The roo. Was beautiful. Our butler's Dorian and Andy made the stay so even more amazing! They were able to fulfill all our request and did it with a smile. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful
it was a very good trip the food was amazing and the customer service was so nice to me and my family. the area was so nice and beautiful and me and my whole family will definitely come back and to it all over again. Miltom was a very good worker and he deserves more tips.

2025 Family vacation
We arrived April 25th. Our favourite restaurant experience was our private dinner at 6Sense. They provided exceptional service and the menu exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much to the chef and service staff. We have a lot of wonderful memories on the lazy river and playing on the beautiful beach. Our favourite restaurant was the Italian one. And room service was a hit with our group 😊 Our family participated in the flowrider activity. The staff was amazing Edson, Joaquin and Xavier . They were patient and helpful with the first time riders in the group. They made it a very memorable experience. We really enjoyed our time at the Planet Hollywood Cancun

Planet play
Planet was fun. Lots of room. Jenny,Ricardo, Maria Fernanda , Giovanna y karla are the best! Spinning thing was my favourite at the trampolines, also the arcade there's a lot of games, the arcade is really fun. The resort has lot of fun things to do.
