one of the best hotel in cancun, nothing to complaint , only a recommendation if they can placed a water heater to the swing up area will be a plus, but they deserve 5 star review , my kids loved the hotel and the experience was great overall, congratulations to the staff

Apr 02, 2025Milo’s Cabana service made our stay!
Cabanas are absolutely worth the money, and the service was outstanding from Milo. Rated as a 5 star hotel, but much more aligned to a 3 star. Room had exposed electrical outlet, none of the cabinet doors closed, very musty smelling, and the food is sub par wherever you go, but the drinks are delicious. Beautiful grounds and lots of activities available for the kids.

Great time on spring break
Check in was good, made adjustment when two queens weren’t available. Food is good. Gym is clean and equipment works. Arleth was very helpful at the gym. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Limited chairs at pool but warm enough to be in the water. Beach is excellent. Service was great.

An amazing spring break, 2025
It was super busy during spring break (end of March-beginning of April), but our butlers made sure that we were well taken care of 100% of the time. I definitely recommend star class if it's a busy time of year, in particular. We had butlers, Joel and Jesus, who were simply amazing! They made our week-long vacation with our son pretty unbelievable. They helped us with pretty much everything. They got us dinner reservations for our whole group (17 of us), not just our family of 3. they also got us spots saved at the pool and on the beach every time we needed it, almost anticipating what we needed! People were putting towels on chairs very early in the morning, and we never have to worry about that! They went above and beyond multiple times every single day, which made our stay here problem-free, and extremely fun and easy! On our last morning here, we experienced some amazing service by Brandon at Shores restaurant. Brandon made sure we had everything we needed, keeping our "last day mimosas" filled (yay!!), and making sure we had a fun experience!

Fantastic place for family
The place is fantastic ! Our 3 year old loved this place. Kids pool is amazing! Our kid went to trampoline and play zone every day. Flow Rider is another place where my husband and I went every day. Lazy river is nice and relaxing. Spa is luxurious (they even dud massage to our toddler and she fell asleep during it). Food is nice and you have a good variety to choose from. It is our second time at this hotel, and we will definitely come here again. Special thanks to Jennifer, Ricardo, Karina, Mafer and Geo from Planet Play, and Xavier, Joaquin and Edson from Flow Rider. You guys made our vacation unforgettable ❤️
