A family-friendly resort with a variety of children's activities, including a supervised kids' club that allows parents to relax and enjoy the spa or other amenities. The staff at the kids' club, particularly Cinthya, Rose, Alis, Xima, Fatima, Wendy, and Itzel, are exceptionally friendly and attentive.

Amazing Experience! Thankful
Our experience was truly amazing! Food, beach, rooms were amazing, everything was super clean and cannot thank our butlers enough! Laura & Ameth made the experience top tier! I would definitely return as everything was top notch from the moment we stepped foot into the resort! Definitely recommend the Star Class experience and all the special touches that come along with booking it!

My room was clean and comfortable. Pumped is amazing. Clarissa was the BEST!!!! The food is delicious and there are plenty of beers. The pool parties were extremely fun and there are many activities to enjoy. I will definitely be returning to Planet Hollywood.

All you need and more...
Place was amazing! Food option and quality great. Italian, Japanese, Indian, steak, pizza, burgers, sport's bar and more. There are options for everybody. Facilities were well kept and many alternatives: gym, beach, pool, volleyball, spa to be pampered! All the staff was super friendly. Love to be back! Special thanks to Roy & Oscar, our butlers. They went above and beyond helping with dinner reservations and all our requests. They were always available. THANK YOU!

Great family vacation
This was first family trip and it was a blast! Our 4 year old went to the kids club a couple times and she absolutely loved it! I want to say a big thank you to the staff at the kids club; Ximena, rose, Itzel, Cynthya, Alis, Wendy and Fatima! You were all so amazing and our daughter had an fabulous time.
