    I love PH!!!

    Amazing trip at PH. We had a great time with our families. The entertainment team was awesome, Rusbell, Cristian, Jedder, Nayad, Alexa, Christopher and Deivid, great experience, The 80 and 90 party was very fun. We loves to dance with everything around us.

    Great entertainment team! Shout out to Gaelle, Jorge and Erick for a great spartan challenge by the pool. Food was basic and mid. Check in process long even though the place was empty. Shout out to Gabby who helped us plan an event while there. Very diligent and went above and beyond for us.

    Wonderful family vacation!

    We r having a great time! Service has been wonderful. Eating with allergies and preferences can be challenging. But, here it has been so easy and we r so grateful! Kenneth, Jonathon, William and Joel made dinner last night at the Italian restaurant WONDERFUL. This morning Stephen made breakfast super easy. Yearly at the Star Class Pool is EXCELLENT! His service is FANTASTIC! This is the best place to hangout for the day! We have enjoyed practicing Spanish with him, and he has helped our girls learn. We r having a GREAT time!

    Assistant assigned was amazing

    We stayed in the Star class of the property. Our Assistant, Justin that was assigned to us during our visit was nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend incoming guests ask for him. The property is very well maintained. Our favorite restaurant was the Tex/Mex.

    Edu at the lobby bar was the absolute best

    Edu made our stay. We made sure to set aside time every day to visit him for drinks and good conversation. He is such a sweet person who we enjoyed talking with....plus his drinks are amazing!!! Be sure to visit Edu for your trip, you won't be disappointed
