Great resort. I highly recommend the star class which give you access to a lot of places and two butlers: ours (Mafer and Juan) were awesome If you want to play pickle and tennis, I suggest to have people to play with; there is no board to find players

We just returned from a weeks vacation with 2 other couples. 6 of us total. It was fantastic! Damian and Miquel were instrumental in our pampered happiness. We were adult side, star class with butler service. Damian & Miquel made our nightly dinner reservations, ensured we had everything in our rooms, set up a cabana, and checked in with us multiple times daily. We ate at the restaurants and never made it to the buffet. Each restaurant was delicious and accommodating. Not to mention we never left hungry! Each night ended with an ice cream from Fuel and an entertainment show on the main stage. Due to popular demand, the resort was able to pivot and even put on the Tyson fight for several hundred anxious watchers. While every restaurant was good, I have to say my favorite was Indian. Our friends went to the steakhouse but my wife and I wanted Indian. We like Indian food but aren't experts at all. We told the waiter to surprise us and he delivered! He must have brought a little of everything and took the time to explain each dish. I wish I remembered his name! He really took care of us and his suggestions were top notch! Pool was nice, drinks were cold, beach was sandy without seaweed, rooms comfortable, met lots of new Canadian friends and even a few from the States. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway to escape the kids, go adult side. If you bring the kids, it looks like their is plenty for them to do as well. I would recommend Star Class and ask for Damian and Miquel by name! You won't be disappointed!

Awesome resort
The Resort, food, drinks and staff were all 5 star, from reception to wait staff, housekeepers and especially thank you to Damian and Miguel our butlers for making this an amazing vacation, the quality of the food far exceeded our expectations.

Butler service highly recommended!
We are from Ottawa, Canada. My husband and I are preparing to leave today after one week here. Very sad to leave. Beautiful weather all week except today. We had a few issues like arriving late and the bellboy coming with us to bring our luggage to our room only to discover our room was occupied. Courtesy room when leaving was not available but we were allowed to shower in the spa. I highly recommend the butler service. They take care of everything from booking restaurants, to sending you messages about the days events, to fixing any problems. Our butler Yomelly even decorated my room and gave me a cake for my 60th Birthday! If not for him we would not have enjoyed our stay as much. We would come back but would love to book a swim out room next time!

Memorable
We travelled with our 2 teenagers at the beginning of November 2024. We enjoyed the hotel and services. One person I’d like to highlight is Ben from the gym! He was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable at the gym. He does water aerobics at the pool in the morning and is awesome!
