Nos recibieron con aplausos a la bienvenida, nos recibieron en la recepción, la habitación muy bonita, muy buena increíble experiencia, me encantó la habitación, nuestro restaurante favorito fue el italiano, en nuestra habitación la vista era increíble, con el equipo de entrenamiento estuvimos en las fiestas, muy amables, estuvimos con wicho bailando y divirtiéndonos, todo increíble con el equipo de entretenimiento

Best Butlers, Edwar and Angel
The butler service was wonderful. Without assistance we would have spent valuable time figuring things out. Special thanks to Edwar and Angel for taking care of all our needs and helping us book excursions, dinner reservations to make our trip memorable!

Ciudad gotica en Cancun Mexico
En el comienzo de mis vacaciones me recivieron con una bebida especial Mi consierge fue super sonic simpre pendiente de nosotros La comida muy sabrosa y variedad Internacional Estubimos con el equipo de entretenimiento divirtiendonos estando con ellos en todas las actividades con una mencion especial para los chicos Guicho , Luisa,Mariana,Fernando,Moi,Milton y Jasmine nos la pasamos super bien

Excelente servicio y atención
Excelente servicio de los meseros José del área de lobby y Daniel del rest buffet, del equipo de animación Luis y Mar súper buena vibra definitivamente ayudaron mucho a pasarla bien en mi viaje y a tener una mejor y más divertida experiencia!

Destination wedding
Love the gym, Clarissa was very friendly and always made sure I had the best towels for exercising. Facility was beautiful as well- landscape is well kept! My friend’s destination wedding was beautiful, and the bars always kept my cup full!
