Jan 20, 2025if you're looking for a fun and safe place to vacation in cancun, Planet Hollywood is a definite go to.
super friendly staff, service is impeccable. everyone is friendly and willing to help. food is great and always available. restrooms everywhere, and clean. and Clarissa from the gym even helped me with my workout, allowing my biceps to grow bigger. Go see her for all your gym needs 💪. Even have professional photographers on site, go see Jessica for that, she's extremely professional and passionate. the braza restaurant and Gusto had by far the best service. At the Braza ask for Gabriel and Manuel they work as a duo and incredibly competent. At gusto ask for Davide Christian, extremely sympathetic guy who goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. resort has plenty of activities to do and so big that you never feel crowded. pools are great they have adult side and kid side, however I haven't been to them because I don't come down south to stay at a pool... we have those back home. Come enjoy a mezcal by the beach instead. and a 24 hour clinic on site, amongst other things. Definitely will be back just for the fact that the service is so good.

Check in was easy! They had snacks and drinks while we waited our turn, but we only waited 5 minutes. My boyfriend and I had an Ocean front room on the adults only star class side and the room was beautiful! Very clean, comfortable bed and they provided my bf a firm pillow upon request. The robes were very comfortable and we had delicious room service set up every morning. Big shout out to our butler’s Edwar and Angel! They took very good care of us! They booked all of our restaurants and set up whatever we wanted for room service each morning. They checked in each morning to ask if there was anything we needed along with a list of all the days activities. The beach was beautiful, soft sand, the water was the perfect temperature and the waves were fun. The pools were always clean. They felt cool when you first stepped in, but you quickly got used to it and it was the perfect temperature on a hot day.(and I keep my pool at 88) I do not like cold water! Unfortunately there are never enough lounge chairs and all the other resorts I have been to you could order food at the pool. Here you had to go get food. We were disappointed that we were star class, but were never told about the warmer, less busy pool, bar and grill for star class! We just happened to find it the day before we left! Our daughter, son-in-law and grandson’s had a beautiful swim out room. The pool had to have been at least 90! It almost felt like a hot tub. The food was good. Our favourite was the Steakhouse, we went twice. The Catch was not that great, but there was lots of seafood in the main buffet that was good. This is a big resort with lots of walking, but the grounds are beautiful and well lit at night. I have stayed at many all inclusives, mainly 5 star and some 4, and I would give this a 4/5. If you could order food at the pool and beach, there were more lounge chairs, and some cosmetics taken care of, I would give it a 5!

You will love it here!
Such a great resort, would absolutely return! Felt so safe the entire time. Beautiful room with ocean views over looking the adult pool and couldn’t have been more pleased with all the service. Star class is a must imo. Our butlers Edwar&Angel made sure we had anything we needed, frequently checked in and made sure we were enjoying our entire stay. Having access to both the Adult and Star sections gave us lots of options to make each day different. Food was amazing everywhere!

Great combo of service, food, and drinks
Great resort. Excellent selection of restaurants and drinks. The staff were some of the friendliest I've met and I can't say enough about our butler's, Edwar and Angel. They did an incredible job making our trip seamless, assisting with every fine detail and making sure we had the best experience possible. Highly recommend the cabana's. The entertainment and vibes were on point 🤙🏼

Great trip
Planet Hollywood is a great resort for a week with friends and family. The rooms are nice, the resort is nice, beach is nice but most importantly the service was great! Edwar and Angel were our butlers for the week and made our stay that much better. They dealt with all of our reservations, excursions and helped with any questions we had along the way. These two guys deserve a raise for the amount of work they put in. If I were to come back, I would be requesting to have them as our butlers again! We will be back
