En general el servicio es bueno el personal en los restaurantes muy amable, sin embargo el tiempo de espera para los carritos que te suben a las habitaciones o llevan a la playa es demasiado la mayoría de las veces. El personal de consierge es bastante desagradable ya que aún que ya seas socio solo te están insistiendo para que realices actualizaciones con ellos, pero de una manera bastante incómoda y por otra parte no te brindan ninguna comodidad o preferencia , definitivamente como socio este es uno de los complejos a los que no regresaría.

Buen servicio en general. Las instalaciones tienen buen aspecto y están limpias. :) Recomendable el restaurante mexicano, la comida tiene buen sabor, el servicio y la atención con Hirigo, Juan, Andrés y Geraldine también es excelente. :)

Servicio espectacular, muy muy rápido, me impresionó mucho, la comida muy buena, el personal muy amable y muy atento, el jefe Juan muy eficiente, en todo momento nos sentimos conformes con el servicio, que lugar tan maravilloso, Exelente Servicio.

Muy bien el personal muy atento
Todo de muy buena calidad el personal de los restaurantes es muy bueno y muy atento es muy social en especial los del restaurante frida,las habitaciones muy limpias y el personal de limpieza muy bueno las camas muy cómodas,el hotel en sí es muy bueno se recomienda

In general fine, but with the detail of the transfer to the rooms, to the lobby to the beach depending always on the availability of the “cart” that to start or do not answer by phone when required or took too long, and many times better I moved walking and being on the 10th floor!! The buffet leaves a lot to be desired why it does not include variety in strong dishes, only 2 or 3 and the rest are fruits and vegetables besides that the flavor of dishes was not the best, the shows of the night in the restaurant veranda completely boring , the drinks greatly reduced, the towels in the rooms are not changed daily. Anyway, much to improve.
