The hotel is very good - the facilities which are kept spotless, rooms are nice, location is great - centrally located on the beach, food is very good with selection and quality, local weather was perfect - all add up to a great experience. What puts this hotel ahead of many others is the GREAT staff - the people who serve the customers. There are too many to name without forgetting someone - Andreas and Jhorge, Guillermina, Santos, Jhohnny, Gilberto, Anel, Bere, Adrian, Corina, Jesus, Manuel . . . The band played each night Armando, Jose, Manuel, Paco - EXCELLENT. All around, a great holiday. Cannot wait to return.

This hotel has a great location right on Ixtapa beach. The pool has very loud music & activities, all afternoon, so we tended to retreat to the quieter beach palapas. Music pounded from speakers well into the wee hours of the morning on many nights. It is very crowded over weekends, when Mexican families arrive in busloads from Mexico City, Morelia, etc. I recommend no children be allowed by the pool bar. The Staff is outstanding and extremely friendly! The food buffet was very good with a large variety of salads, fish and Mexican food. I recommend they change the Chill out Lounge to a good Restaurant with service.

Nice vacation spot
Beautiful scenery , clean hotel and friendly staff. Food was better than most all inclusive buffets . Ocean was off limits for swimming for safety and only one pool but it was easy to cool off on the very hot days. We enjoyed our stay and will be back to explore more of the area .

A great vacation destination
The staff here is fantastic and we felt very well taken care of. The food was typical of most resorts and we could always find something we enjoyed at the buffet. The pool entertainment was fun and they always had something going on. The restaurants you had to book had a good selection of dishes to choose from.
