My stay at Park Royal Resort in Mexico was fantastic, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible service from the two taco masters—Rafael and Wilfred. These two go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome, and their tacos are simply the best! Every time I visited their stand, Rafael and Wilfred greeted me with a smile and treated me like family. They are both passionate about their craft, preparing fresh, flavorful tacos with care and efficiency. Whether it was carne asada, or al pastor, everything was perfectly cooked and packed with authentic Mexican flavors. They even took the time to recommend different toppings and sauces to enhance the experience. Beyond their culinary skills, Rafael and Wilfred are genuinely kind and hardworking. Even during busy hours, they stayed patient, engaging in friendly conversations and making sure every guest left satisfied. Their energy and enthusiasm made grabbing tacos more than just a meal—it was an experience. If you’re staying at Park Royal Resort, don’t miss the chance to visit Rafael and Wilfred. Rafael & Wilfred
Rafael and Wilfred are the BEST night workers at the buffet! Their tacos are absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and made with care every single time. On top of that, their service is outstanding. They’re incredibly friendly, attentive, and always make you feel welcome with a warm smile and great energy. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure every guest is happy and satisfied. It’s rare to find staff who take so much pride in their work, and these two are true professionals. If you’re staying here, make sure to stop by the buffet at night just to experience the incredible food and five-star service from Rafael and Wilfred. They made my trip unforgettable!

SERVER EXCELLENT SERVICE
Raphael and Wilfred our server at the buffet during our stay , even at late night they are very welcoming and provide the best customer service! our taco night was always the best!!!💯👌muchas gracias! Our experience with Park Royal was amazing! Hotel was in between the pristine beach and la isla mall! very convenient and accessible! Family of 5 enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back and recommend to our friends.

Greatest resort so fat
This resort was way better than I expected. Everyone is so lively, does everything in a placidly way, and fun to be around, especially the staff. One staff, Raphael is of the if not the best taco man, he is so nice to talk too! I highly recommend this place!

Hotel services are not addressed to make guests comfortable or welcome. I had several problems during my stay starting from check-in, to old mattress and pillows, and poorly food options.
