Amazing VIP service with an incredible experience. Valerie in the executive lounge was a true pleasure… THANK YOU!! The lounge had amazing food and a spectacular wine selection during happy hour. One of the best Marriott experiences we have had in our travels.

A great stay!
A great stay as always. The room was ready early in the morning when we arrived from the US. The room is very comfortable and quiet and has the necessary amenities. The front desk is always available and helpful. The bar drinks, food, and staff are amazing. Kevin, Alex, and Daniel are very cool and accommodating. The lounge is such a comfort and Valerie is so kind and welcoming. That whole crew is also very attentive and gracious. The gym is quite good and the location is so central. We will be back soon!

Quite nice hotel in great location
Very nice hotel and excellent location when you have walked all day the streets of Paris. Less than 5 mins to Galleries Lafayette and very close to other attractions by walk like The Louve and Montmartre. Also close ealk to a small area with Japanese food

Nov 15, 2024Staff in Executive Lounge - Great but rest of hotel could improve
The Executive Lounge staff are all amazing but the offerings in the Lounge are fairly limited. For example, 1 red, 1 white and Heineken on tap is all you have for alcohol. No hard liquor. Also the food is limited to one main, veggies, starch, and 1-2 types of finger sandwiches. There's a selection of 1-3 cheeses per night and one type of roll or breadstick. Desserts are okay. You have choice of breakfast in lounge or downstairs in restaurant. Breakfast also has limited selections. Hotel itself is underwhelming especially the lobby. Stayed in Executive 2 twins room so it was very spacious which was nice. Gym is really hot for some reason but gets the job done. I'm a Platinum Elite member and basically got nothing for that status. I paid for the Executive room because I wanted the space and when I asked about upgrading at check in the male employee was rude and condescending. Often times when I've stayed with Amex Platinum or other hotels thru Marriott Bonvoy with this status they have like a small gift whether it be just a bottle of champagne and fruit plate or a token gift just as a welcome and recognition. No such luck here. The location is great but the Marriott unfortunately does not compare to the LeGrand which I stayed at earlier this year. I also was at the LeMeridien and the location of the Ambassador is better but the breakfast at LeMeridien was better, as was the rest of the hotel service.
