We stayed at the Presidential Suite in mid November 2024 for my niece’s wedding. Our personal assistant Yinesca Ramirez was excellent. She catered to all our needs and helped my 87 years old mother like it was her our grandma. Her help made our experience in Punta Cana one to remember.

Great services with our Advisor;
It as very good decision to have a vacation in Paradisus Palma Real. We got so relaxed and planned well inside the hotel with our great adviser Eriol. He plan everything for us and we had good surprises when we back to room. It was special. Thanks for him🙏. We. Are very excited to go back again.

Beautiful setting for a wedding!
We had an incredible time at this hotel. We were here for a friend’s wedding and they took such good care of all the wedding guests. It was also my first time at an all inclusive and it exceeded expectations. Just a heads up to book the restaurants for dinner beforehand if you don’t fancy the buffet every night! Special shout out to Carlos and Wily on the front desk who were so helpful with every query we had!

It was a great experience and stay. My wife and I have stayed at Paradisus before in another area but the Palma Real was beautiful and we had a fun time during our short stay with friends.

Relax at the Paradisus Palma Real
We had a wonderful time at the Paradisus Palma Real. The staff was very friendly, the accommodation were very spacious, clean and had beautiful decor and the food was excellent. Cristian, our concierge was very kind and attentive and made sure we had a pleasant stay! I can highly recommend this resort.
