Great spot for a family vacation. Pros - unlimited towels by the pool - free room service - access to adults area when needed Cons - the dinner reservations fill up fast Not enough shade on the beach Overall a great experience will come back again.

Roberto working in Celsius and the pirate pool is so great!
Roberto in the Celsius has given all of us amazing service!!! We have had him in the restaurant and when sitting by the pirate ship pool. I am here with 15 other people and we all love Roberto for how well he looks after us. He is truly amazing and goes out of his way to be so kind. My granddaughter was crying and he brought her a balloon dragonfly and saved all of us!!! Brilliant, brilliant. Thanks Roberto

Kids club
We have been to Paradisus 4 times as a family and the biggest reason we return is for the kids club! YESSENIA treats our kids like they are her own! She is attentive, fun, and my kids leave knowing more Spanish than when we arrived! I know my kids are safe with her in kids club. 5/5 recommend going!

Would stay again!
Amazing experience. Took the trip with my family. Very family friendly resort. Great service, food and hotel rooms! Highly recommend the VIP package for the ultimate experience! The vip experience included a vip restaurant, pool, personal butler, and dinner at the steakhouse. All in all it was incredible! Would go again.

Great Bartender
Raymond from Paradisus Fahrenheit pool had great customer service! His service was great he is a great bartender, he knows his drinks and everything! Super friendly knew every drink for every everyone’s vibe level!Rene and Isabelle also had great customer service!
