    Stupenda esperienza

    Beautiful resort, our room was dreamy, the level of service and food has improved although it was already good last year, now it is even better. Ismael and Shoira at the service of the buffet are nice, friendly, attentive and professional. At the nespresso coffee point as in the room the coffee is good. I would improve the service and care on the beach, where as a bar service for the deckchairs leaves a bit to be desired, the deckchairs are broken and not maintained, and you could make everything more pleasant considering the magical place you are in. But we come back to it, without buts and ifs... Anna e Roberto da Milano

    Club Melia Experience

    We had a great time as always at Paradisus playa del Carmen using the club melia experience. Our concierge Miriam Ortiz was helpful in checking us in, reservations and keeping us up to date with activities and check out process. The food was great and we enjoyed our time in the family pool and gelato shop. The performances and inflatable fun were a great time. Thank you Miriam !

    Overall great experience

    I went on a trip with a bunch of friends and we all had a great time. The food was excellent at all the different restaurants we went to. We asked for family style and there was more than enough food each time. I also really enjoyed the gym where they had spinning classes. I took the class with Elena as the spinning instructor. It was a great spinning class and she was amazing. Highly recommend if you are into that kind of workout.
