Graciela Cesar Socrates was the best waitress we encountered at the pool cafe, she gave top notch professional service everyday. Our trip would not have been the same without her hospitality. She greeted us with a smile everyday and made sure we were taken care of.

Great service
Graciela from the selsius section is the best, we loved her so much. She took really good care of my family while we we’re there and even went above and beyond to go to the other bar to get the nonalcoholic beer for my niece. Paradisus the best Todo Lo major en este Luger We will be back

This review is for the family-side portion of the hotel only. I cannot speak for the adult side. The good: - All the staff is exceptionally nice and helpful - The concierge service was 10/10. Worth the cost. Upgrade if you can. - The kids (4yo and 2yo) had a blast. Everything is geared towards children. - Our room (a suite) was large and comfortable. - AC, water pressure, etc. worked as it should. - the resort is big but not too big. Lots of greenery which is well maintained. The bad: - The hotel is dated. Although it’s constantly being worked on, you can’t hide the rust and broken handles (etc.) - The food was average and the buffet lacked variety. - The drinks were on the lower side of average. Summary: The hotel is FINE. AVERAGE and FINE. Bottom Line: Your kids will have a great time which is why you’re thinking about going there in the first place, right?

I just left the hotel and my family is very satisfied with the surprise of once again finding Rachel in charge of our service, she makes us feel at home and above all super hugged by her. She is very charismatic and professional, the family loves her.
