Excellent service at Lemon Fish. Delicious food, tasty cocktails and brilliant service. Jesus, our server, had brilliant recommendations for food. The slow cooked beef, short ribs and octopus were delicious. It is also a lovely venue for dinner.

Clean beach and amazing service
We went with our 5 year old daughter and her friend (and their family) from school. And I wish we did this a long time ago! When your kids have good friends at an all inclusive, the adults really do end up having a better time! We had the family club ocean view master bedroom suite, which came with one room and a living room, plus 2 bathrooms. The hotel can use a reno but our room is very clean and comfortable regardless. The ocean view accessible from the two giant balconies is amazing Our family concierge, Christian, went above and beyond to ensure we have everything we needed, he booked our dinners which was surprisingly something I didn’t know I could use! For the first 3 dinners Christian had to book tables for 10 ppl because our friends were there and he made sure everything was set up properly. He left little gifts for my daughter as surprises from time to time which my daughter still talks about it now. Thank you Christian Lastly - the beaches… is amazing, I’ve been to many AI resorts Cancun + Playa Mujeres + punta Cana + Cuba + Jamaica, and I honestly think the beach at Paradisus is the smoothest and the most free from seaweeds.

Sisters Trip of a lifetime!!!! 💗👯♀️👯♀️
I can hardly say was an experience my sisters and I had at Paradisus last week. This trip was a long time coming for us and we really had high expectations that it would be a wonderful luxury experience. When I tell you the caliber of care and intention that we received during our time at the resort soared past any of our expectations! I have to first thank our INCREDIBLE concierge Enrique for orchestrating every detail for us!!!! His calm vibe and diligent communication and personal check ins made our experience! Him helping us book palapas, making sure we had the right dinners on the right nights, our spa experience timing..I could literally go ON and ON. Next I want to be sure to thank our Reserve staff that really stood out and gave us exceptional service. Julio at the cafe bar, Oscar, Cynthia and the activities directors and of course Luis at the pool bar(!!!), David at the pool house, and all the cleaning and maintenance staff. We were truly touched by the love and kindness given so freely by the whole staff. In closing I want to make sure and thank the kitchen staffs and chefs who made (and cleaned up after!) all of our amazing meals the entire week. WOW! Definitely one of the most wonderful and inspiring buffet arrangements I’ve been at. The steakhouse gift at the end really put the cherry on top! 😭🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Also the late afternoon tea time snacks at Reserve were a photo shoot dream! Thank you again for an unforgettable week, my sisters and I truly made memories that will last a lifetime (but, we hope to be back sooner than later…..!) 😍😍😍⛱️ Getting to see your view of the ocean every day was such a huge blessing 🙏🏼 thank you !!

Paradise!
We had the most wonderful and relaxing time here! We had everything we could have wanted and were able to fully relax enjoy. Our concierge Enrique was so attentive and helpful, we felt like princesses. He helped us with all of our reservations on the first day, advised us well on what we needed to know, and was so kind. The pools are amazing, the folks working there are hard working and polite, the drinks were so fun, the food was great. I would love to come back!

Stayed in the Reserve again and was treated royally. Still worth the extra expense, especially since the hotel was at 100%. The staff could not have been more helpful. There are fewer of them, and that makes their job more challenging. Special thanks to our concierge, Enrique, who worked hard to make us feel special. There was a shortage of beach chairs due to the storm in January that washed away everything on that part of the beach and so extra thanks to the beach hut employees, David and Victor who did their best to find us chairs. I do hope more are on order! The hotel is closing end of May for extensive renovations, and we did notice that some minor things in our room are not maintained. I will be interested in seeing the new version. Hopefully it will not lose "the magic" that makes the hotel unique. The buffet food is only three stars, - not the same variety as we used to see and trouble keeping the food warm. Variety being cut as food costs everywhere are increasing. I'm sure that is true at all resorts, and not just in Mexico. All of our meals at the specialty restaurants were great. The chefs there are top notch. So that part gets 5 stars. Lack of staff means they are only able to serve at 50% capacity. Special gratitude to our agent Karol Chareza who always takes excellent care of us when we make our reservations. He finds us the best travel available.
