    Mexico vacation 2025

    We are first time guest of the hotel. We had a lovey time. The weather is good. We loved the beach. The bartenders and waiters are great. We love the pool volley ball. And the entertainment staff is amazing. Jerik, Marco, Osvaldo, Kevin, dj Chris and Alex are amazing.

    Amazing visit, will return

    Had an amazing time at a beautiful resort!! Would have extended if we didn’t have to make our way back. Fantastic room, beach, service. Incredible food & drinks. Special shoutouts to Fer, Liz, and Armando, as well as the Palafitos bartender & others for making our trip extra special. An absolute 5-star experience (coming from frequent global travelers).

    Bucket List beyond expectation.

    The first time we visited El Dorado Maroma, we talked to their travel club and they asked where is your dream vacation and my wife and I both said Bora Bora, he said well look what we have planned, that was 2011. Fast forward April 2025 and our dream vacation has been fulfilled. Our stay in the Palifitos could now have been more perfect, from the attention to detail, to the over the top service from our Butlers, Fernanda, Liz and William. Every member of the staff were friendly and professional. Thank you to all that made our Bucket List vacation a reality.

    Honeymoon in Paradise

    We are so glad that we chose the Palafitos to stay at for our honeymoon!! There was so much to do on the resort - jet skis, snorkeling, etc. - as well as several activities like beach/pool volleyball, yoga, meditation, cooking/cocktail lessons, and salsa lessons. We had the best service as well - between our butlers William and Liz, our cart driver Alberto, and our bartender Daniel - we were well taken care of! The food at every restaurant was so amazing - and the service was impeccable! We look forward to visiting in the future - hopefully for an anniversary trip!

    Top rated!!

    Palafitos was amazing from the time we got here right up to our departure! Our over the water bungalow was gorgeous and the food was amazing! Our butler, Janet, was awesome and Alberto was incredible ~ very kind, welcoming, helpful, patient and informative !! We will definitely be returning!!
