Kristina at the front desk was extremely welcoming and the hospitality was unmatched! She offered great suggestions around the area and went above and beyond to accommodate our stay to the best of her ability. My husband and I were very appreciative! We will be coming back for sure!

Hotel review
Kristina from the front desk did her utmost to get us a room when we were exhausted from flying, we absolutely appreciate her professionalism and courtesy while she’s was handling multiple things at one. She is truly one of a kind and in my opinion ready for a leadership role. I will most definitely be coming back to this hotel because of her.

Great Service. Excellent place to stay while in Waikiki
When we arrived, our room wasn't ready, but Kristina at the front desk provided excellent service and quickly found us a room with a great view. Beach access is just across the street. The Outrigger Beachcomber was clean and inviting. We would stay there again.

Best hotel in Waikiki Beach for the value!
Check in was fast and friendly. I had a oceanview deluxe room on the 18'th floor. The balcony had a good view of Diamond Head to the left and the Pacific Ocean to the middle and right. The only thing that was annoying about the balcony was there was no wall to offer privacy between the balconies so the guests beside me could see everything. Maybe it was just my room but a wall to seperate the balconies would have been nice. The bed was comfy. The TV was nice but did not really alot of channels to choose from. The fridge kept my beers cold. The Hawaiian Aroma Cafe beside check in has the best happy hour ever! $3 beers and $7 mixed drinks! I enjoyed the Kona IPA and the food was awesome especially the pizza! Awesome prices and great customer service! The location was perfect. Tons of restaurants a block away and tons of shopping options right there including a few ABC Stores which has alcohol, beer, food, cheap souvenir shirts, etc. Highly recommended!

Ayana Fun Trip
Kristina really took care of us!! Enjoying our trip from Big Island to see Ayana and Tina. We are sightseeing and shopping to. Kristina told us about all the best places to go and the best was to get there. She was so very helpful and kind. Mahalo for kindness
