    Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort

    If Eden was a river, here is the source. The perfect Hawaiian hotel, that delivers many fun, shopping and dining options, located on a perfect beach, that receives clean, steady and safe Pacific Ocean waves. The helpfulness and friendliness of the hotel staff was amazing. This place will be my choice again when next I visit Honolulu.

    Best Location

    We have stayed here 4 previous times and have always been impressed with the friendly staff and the clean accommodations. The location of the property is excellent right in the middle of everything with many food, shopping, and drinking spots close by. The rooms and decor are getting a bit dated but they ensure everything is clean and working.

    My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The entire staff is the best! Kind, helpful and willing to go the extra mile no matter what! We are already booked for next year! And an extra shoutout to Ricky Kuga! Ricky helped us with joining the Outrigger Membership Program. Great program. Ricky has become a great friend to us. Mahalo Liane and Jacquie Frinsco

    Great Hotel!

    We have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 10 years and have always had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is quiet yet located in the middle of it all. The staff, including the front desk, and wait staff at The Hula Grill and Duke's are so nice and engaging. They actually talk to you and get to know you. I've never really experienced that from wait staff at other hotels. Rooms are clean but are in need of renovation, which I heard is taking place starting in August. The housekeeping staff (Nancy and Wendy) were so nice and accommodating. Always spoke to us by name, which again, I've never experienced at other hotels I've stayed at. The upper management of this hotel should be very proud of their crew. They've got a good one. I've worked for Sheraton, Hilton and PHR hotels and always thought we had nice, friendly staff, but this staff is truly exceptional. Keep up the good work!
