May 01, 2025Amazing stay at outrigger!
Tessa at the V/47 lounge was so sweet and helpful! She made us feel very comfortable and gave us some great tips about what to see and do while visiting the island. The resort is beautiful and highly recommend paying for the lounge if able! Loved Outrigger.

Excellent lunch
The lunch bar staff was great. Ordered a drink I didn’t know and didn’t like. They replaced it at no cost and suggested a much better one. Food was great. Jenna was a perfect server. The weather couldn’t be better. The resort is amazing. Our room looks out at the ocean.

Pool Life Rules
We are part time residents, in Keauhou one of our favorite things to do is hang out at the Outrigger pool. We people watch, laugh a lot and enjoy this fine resort life. Pool service is always friendly. Order delivery timely. And the poolside dining options delicious.

Holua pool bar is fantastic!
We had the best tropical drinks and delish fish tacos at the Holua pool bar. Lana is a fantastic bartender! She was very friendly and made our visit so fun! I would highly recommend visits this hotel and the Holua bar. The view is also fantastic! Cool breeze and tropical vibes!

Not the best…not the worst. I tried to upgrade our room several times and was told the hotel was sold out despite online showing many available rooms. Our “ocean view” room was ground level overlooking the water slide. We couldn’t open our blinds the whole time or we would have zero privacy. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Not great noise cancelling and we had to phone one night to complain around 11 pm with kids screaming beside us. Pools were very nice and lots of seating, but they allow people to buy passes for the pool area. Found on weekends lots of local families used the pool/slide and it was very busy and noisy. Did not eat at the restaurant $$$. Pool bar was ok but service is very slow. Would take 30 mins to get your drinks. Definitely needs some exterior upgrades and the one area near manta ray viewing deck was sad sad sad. Fees at the end totaled over $600 usd for parking and resort fees. Was it the worst? No. Will we be back? No.
