Nov 15, 2024Not worth it!! Go elsewhere
Does not look anything like the photos!! The rooms are decent when walking in but we left with bug bits all over our legs. The food was the same stuff everyday, and there are literally 3 employees working the whole hotel per day. One has to check-in, one cooks and one bartends—-you basically have to figure things out. It is also very boring and far (45min) from the airport/ city area etc so you are stuck on the resort with boring food, no workers and bed bugs. The employees are EXTREMELY OVERWORKED because there are 3 of them from 9am-10pm—its insane. There is one chef, he has long locks —he is the only one who can cook. The bartenders are super kind and helpful considering their workload. Overall 2/10.

Stayed at Divi in early May 2024. We had the most relaxing week ever! Laying on the beach relaxing by the pool, cooling off in the pool! Food was excellent! The staff was awesome, Sekayi, Kat, Scott, Rachel, Curt and Sherlyn kept us well fed, entertained and happy!

The customer service is subpar at best. Only a few people stood out. Ramone at the restaurants, Scott at the bar outside, and Tiffany at the upstairs bar. Food was plain, and nothing to brag about.

Most Amazing Experience!!! ❤️🥰❤️
Me and my husband spent a week at your resort for our honeymoon. It was the most amazing and relaxing experience! Everyone here was so nice! We never wanted for anything. The views are spectacular. The rooms are perfect. The bed was sooo comfortable. We will definitely be planning another trip in the near future.
