For those who wish for a bit more activity, start the day in the gym and continue your active lifestyle out on the ocean with watersports such as snorkeling, kayaking, and boogie boarding. In the evening, 'O'asis lobby bar becomes alive with eclectic music and cocktail shakers!

Nov 17, 2024Tropical Honeymoon Getaway.
We could not have asked for a better honeymoon destination. We were fortunate enough to have an ocean front view so waking up to the sound of crashing waves on the beach was next level. Oasis Cafe easily became one of my favourite spots after discovering the Bajan Brew iced coffee. Elements was probably my favourite dinner dining spot as they had lots of different varieties of dishes, depending on the night as well as a great salad bar for lunch! Not to mention the live music they had every night was phenomenal. Did I mention they serve pizza by the slice anytime after 12? Genius.

A beautiful resort with amazing food, very friendly staff and great entertainment. A shout out to Pierre and Christina who went above and beyond to make our anniversary one to remember. We are already planning to go back in the new year. Can't wait!

A fantastic place to stay.
We had a wonderful 10 day stay at the O2. The staff made it - they were always friendly, helpful and professional. The food was great across all the restaurants with breakfast being a particular favorite of ours. The only disappointing part of the holiday was that we had to leave. We will definitely be back and look forward to it. Thank you for making our first trip to Barbados so special.

Good Hotel, Fantastic Employees
Arrived for 9 nights with my husband to celebrate my 50th birthday. We had a very good holiday and could be 5 stars with a few simple tweaks. Pros Our luxury pool view suite in the adults block was spacious with lovely views, very clean. Pools clean and good temperature. Great pool and beach service. Oro restaurant amazing ! Bluefin for lunch great albeit occasionally took an hour but if want quicker could go buffet or grab pizza. Elements a la carte nights good. Great singers including Wesu in Oro Drinks plentiful and great quality, top brands. Location is excellent, turn outside and bars & local food places galore. Turtle rescue 2 evenings, fantastic experience. Top positive is the employees, everyone is so friendly and helpful, a credit to the hotel. A group of 30 arrived during our stay which did change the ambiance but the servers coped well with the added pressure . Constructive Feedback Our aircon unit leaked from day 1, we reported twice to reception who said make sure we close balcony door which we had only used twice so wasn’t hardly ever opened in the first place. Nothing was ever done. We had to lay a towel each day to prevent slipping but we still occasionally would get dripped on when passing under it. Not great for a 5 star. Room was missed being cleaned twice despite being out the room from 9.30am to 4.30pm, did offer to come by after but we were getting showered etc, had to request clean towels couple times, one day this took 3 hours and numerous chasing. Buffet food was mostly spicy, personally I struggle with spice so couple nights the salad was my only option be good to have couple plain choices. Thought I’d get room service instead and was happy to pay $20 surcharge but it ends at 9.30pm which didn’t realise, be good if this was extended to 11pm. Did look in fridges on site as suggested but only a yoghurt remaining so one evening I didn’t eat. Additional Kindly accommodated late check out albeit at $200 cost, be nice if there was an area with aircon people could wait for pick up as going back to UK need to wear warmer clothes. Aircon only in individual rooms and Oro. All employees were lovely but special mention to the general manager who always said hello etc went we saw him, Pierre (Leo the Lion) on check in, John who welcomes everyone and high fived me daily, our dancing queen CarolAnne, wonderful servers Devashni, Sharmer and Joel, last but not least our fantastic and kind bartenders Jakobi the rising star and Dwayne our Rock.

EXCELLENT RESORT on all levels... highly recommend this resort!
EXCELLENT resort...Fabulous decor, very clean, superior customer service, amazing food. Would highly recommend this resort! Spa services were INCREDIBLE...definitely utilize these services but book in advance! The staff was so friendly and very helpful. The food options had a great variety. Recommend reviewing dress code for Oro prior to arriving.
