What can I say we had the best honeymoon here where the staff were all fantastic.Especially Sean on front desk,reneldo,Trisha,Dwain the bar making best cocktails etc,joy,Yvonne,Georgina,damisha,Toni,steady hands sorry can’t remember her name but she will know us.Probably forgot some as all was so good.Food was great,room was great,Ora restaurant was amazing.Beach was lush,but yes sea bit rough but still nice.In great location right on the gap.10/15mins to airport.I can probably mention loads more great things about this hotel.We would definitely come back to hotel and can’t believe I read bad reviews about food etc,these people most be stuck up or something lol.Ok sometime a bit of wait and one time we did wait 2 hrs for meal and dessert but only once.All in all we had amazing time and would love to return some day.

I booked a stay at O2 Beach Club & Spa, expecting a high-quality experience as represented online. Upon arrival, I was informed that my reserved room was unavailable due to mold remediation and HVAC issues. Instead, I was offered a substitute room that was dirty, uncomfortable, and far below the quality advertised. For the price charged, this hotel does not meet the promised standards. The condition of the rooms is unacceptable, and the lack of communication about maintenance issues prior to arrival is highly unprofessional. I had no choice but to rebook with another hotel after traveling for hours. I would not recommend O2 Beach Club & Spa to anyone looking for clean, comfortable accommodations or a smooth, stress-free stay.

Fool me once but not twice
Spend your money elsewhere. Do your homework before booking 4.5 star rating is what is advertised. At best a 3.5 !!! Quality of food and preparation is completely non existent here I don’t have to send photos I’m sure many many photos where taken in the last 12 days no need to upload them again

Great location. Walking distance to st Lawrence gap with all the great bars and restaurants. Hotel grounds are beautiful. Rooms are modern and immaculate. You have beach bags and very good toiletries(white company) Pools are nice and very clean. Beach is breathtaking and if you go to one of the roof top bars, you will see the turtles swimming in the sea. You can use the hotels snorkels etc if you want to go out into the sea. Food is brilliant and there’s loads of choice. There’s fridges dotted around for sandwiches, cakes, water and cokes if you want to grab a snack. The thing that made our stay were the wonderful staff. In particular, Reneldo (from the bar) Becco and Ishmael. It’s hard to leave such lovely people. We hope we’ll meet them again. Our only real criticisms would be: Entertainment is not what you’d expect from a 5* hotel. It was not very good and finished very early. If it rains there’s no where to watch the entertainment undercover. The entertainers can’t feel very engaged when there’s only about 5 tables sparsely dotted around the decking. My husband thinks I’m a bit mad for mentioning this but I would have liked to have had a bin in the room and not just one small bin in the bathroom. We would definitely come back to the 02 and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay
Had a great stay at the O2. Perfect south coast location, short walk to the gap and easy to go further afield to explore Barbados. Had a fantastic meal at Oro and enjoyed the breakfast. The beach itself is great and we saw turtles hatching twice during our 3 night stay which was an unbelievable experience. The room was modern and the bathroom was huge. Would definitely recommend.
