    Love this place!

    Lisandro the concierge, Angel the Beso pool bartender, Isabel and Miriam pool waitresses, Mauricio and Daniel, the entertainment and Rodrigo the DJ were amazing. Carlos was very attentive. We love everything here! Food is delicious. Excellent service at this resort!

    Poor beach restaurant experience

    We are here now and everything is hit and miss, with service and food. 7th day and gone the beach restaurant, 4 adults and one child, we were put on a table of 4 with a child on the end of the table which was fine although right by kitchen and asked waitress kindly if we could sit on the empty table outside looking over beach which was table of 4, exact same table size we were already on as we were really hot by the kitchen. We were told that only table of 4 or less could sit there even though an identical table to where we were sitting. Disappointing service from Paola at Pez Vela even though explained why we wanted to move and she tried to explain they don’t want groups there, it’s a table of 4 adults and a child, who was extremely hot where we were sitting and we needed some breeze!!!! Here for another 7 days hope we don’t encounter this issue again

    If You’re in El Beso, Ask for Mauricio!

    We had a wonderful stay with a large group of friends and were fortunate enough to spend most of our days in the El Beso pool area. Mauricio & Dany provided so much entertainment throughout our days at the pool, and our evening of Bingo with Mauricio was very fun! We had many fantastic meals throughout our trip, and our evening at La Lolanda restaurant was exceptional! Zeyluma & Rolando went out of their way to provide excellent recommendations on food & wine, excellent service, and the best tagliatelle we’ve ever had! Overall an incredible visit surrounded by the friendliest and most helpful staff! We would absolutely recommend a stay at Ocean Riviera Paradise!!!

    Ask for Mauricio

    Mauricio was incredible! We had a large group and he went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed games and music together! I never thought playing bingo would be so much fun. He made our trip with friends one we will remember forever. Thank you friend!

    Amazing time and very interactive

    Mauricio at the bingo night was not only a great time but gave amazing facts about his former 60 year old girlfriend. Rest in peace Rose "inside joke". On a serious note Mauricio was amazing, interactive, and all around fun. I'd highly recommend anyone wanting to have a good time to see Mauricio.
