From the moment of arrival , we were excited to be back in Jamaica !!! Hotel is beautiful , room was very nice ! Missing a blow dryer and the fridge was not working but staff came by the next day to fix the fridge ! It took a second call to get the hair blower . Regarding the restaurants , the Steak House is a must ! Food is delicious . Second choice would be the Blue moon following the Italian restaurant . The buffet seems to have repeating patterns but the food is good ! Breakfast at the buffet with Moesha was always amazing ! Always had a smile , very attentive , courteous and always had a great conversation while being served ! Would definitely recommend and would come and visit again .

Area Manger on duty she was excellent. Property clean and presentable. Food choices were impressive, I love the option of have late night food at Route 66 after leaving the Disco. Georgia was very helpful in resolving some concerns we had. Overall great experience and will definitely be back. Repeat customer.

Amazing hospitality
Everything was excellent and a friendly atmosphere the pool and beach were beautiful I really enjoyed being able to get food anywhere at anytime and nothing but top shelf when it came to drinks I really enjoyed the rum punch i really look forward to coming back

Ocean eden bay, jamaica
Katia, food and beverage concierge was very helpful and glad we had her! She made our trip a great experience. The weather wasn't the best (super windy and rained on and off) but we still made the best of it. Billy was a great leader in the pool and got the crowd going.

Best vacation with my new daughter Katia
Katia food and beverage concierge was great she deserves a raise she’s the best love her so much and what she has done for us. Ms Monique the food and beverage concierge manager has the best team and also prison they are all the best. I can’t wait to come back to see them all.
