May 04, 2025Awesome all inclusive resort
All inclusive resort with lots of activities for all ages. Bingo, dancing, dj hours, bowling alley... Restaurants on the property are great and vary from Japanese to America burgers. There is wildlife on the property lime mexican capybaras, racoons, and some friendly cats. There is an onsite store with all your needs and bars all over the property. The coffee bar in the lobby area is great, and the guys there are super nice! The main pool has a swim up bar, which was excellent with Gustavo and Eduardo serving up some great drinks and shots of yummy goodness. Wear sunblock!! We stayed at Beso, the adults only resort, and it was quie. Even the pool area was quiet. There is a kiddie pool area as well, and families we met said they had all day activities for the littles and even had their own little foam party with all the cocomelon and mickeys playhouse soundtracks playing. If you want a true resort experience where you can stay and not have to do anything but relax and enjoy your time, this place is great. There are excursions you can do, and the transportation is easy with pickup and drop-off right from the resort lobby. We'd stay here again.

Wonderfull stay at Ocean Coral
Beautiful resort, amazing staff and delicious food!! We loved our stay at Ocean coral, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable, the buffet had great options everyday, the beach was beautiful and we loved the two main pools. The staff was very friendly and always ready to answer your questions or help in any way. There were activities everyday, from bowling and ping-pong, to salsa classes and snorkelling. We saw a few shows at night and the fire show is a must! The only negative point is the seaweed; it didn't stop us from swimming in the ocean, but if you're looking for crystal clear water, this is not the place to go. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Multi generation Family of 10 vacation
The Privilege program and the lounge and Butler service(Luis) greatly enhanced this family vacation. We enjoyed the water park for grandchildren, bowling for all, many pools, both Buffett and reserved dining. The resort has a good layout and not too large. Rooms and all facilities very clean and comfortable. We didn’t use the beach because of seagrass. Weather was amazing and warm the whole week.

May 02, 2025Great stay let down by lack of food variety
We stayed for 6 nights in April. Here are our thoughts in no particular order: The bed was huge, extremely comfortable and came complete with a generous amount of pillows. The room was a decent size, as was the balcony (with a sea view even though we hadn't paid for one specifically). The cleaning and restocking team did a great job as the room was made fresh every day and the in-room mini bar refreshed as well. One small complaint was the drain smell in the bathroom but it was minor and not too off-putting. The hotel is kept very clean and tidy. It's a little dated but does not at all look run down. The staff were exemplary. Jovial and attentive, they made sure that our stay was comfortable and we wanted for nothing. As for the food and drink, the variety on offer was impressive, particularly the range of cocktails offered by any one of the staff at the numerous bars. The restaurants and buffet offered a generous selection of food, although I wish there had been more vegetarian and/or vegan offerings as we felt like we were much more limited because of our diet. In one restaurant the vegetarian offering was a bowl of stir-fried vegetables (no rice, no protein) which is disappointing in 2025. One more significant criticism is the lack of allergen
