Jose the concierge at the El Beso pool was so helpful on our vacation. He assisted us in every way- he is so professional and courteous. Because of him, we will be visiting your resort again next year. Thank you very much for having such a awesome employee.

Just returned from 8 days at Ocean Coral let me say the highlight of the trip was the staff always very pleasant and friendly. Our overall stay was very good a couple of negative aspects the restaurants at lunch pretty much had the same menu plus booking the Al Carte specially the Blue Moon at times was a little difficult to book. Food in general was decent typical all-inclusive fair, Alcohol and wine was a different story wine was awful and most alcohol was bottom shelve, the better booze was for the privilege quests or if you wanted to purchase it. The resort is better suited to young people and families if you’re looking for a more adult vacation this is not the resort. A Major Problem at this resort was the water temp and pressure in the shower. A shout out to Ricado Vidoi and Jscac at the Italian Restaurant for Breakfast great guys and great service

Excellent time!
We’re A group of 4 ladies, our first time at Ocean Coral Turqesa! Check in was easy, we upgraded to the El Beso adults sections ( well worth it!) The food was great, especially at the specialty restaurant! Brazilian (Christian annd recardo) and the Italian (outdoor) ( Daniel, Yale and Leo) are our favourites! The service is exceptional, most memorable being, Wilberth, Jose, Ricardo, Freddie, Ivan(at el Beso). The guys at the dive shop are awesome, Sam and Escobar were great! The entrainment staff has us dancing, singing and playing games all week. We had an exceptional stay! There’s lots of wildlife and cats, they were happy to have our snacks! The beach was great, long and walkable. We will be back!

Highly recommend
We came for a week and had the absolute best experience. Many people were great but a few of the staff really went above and beyond for us and gave us an amazing experience! Oscar our butler was amazing. Miguel in privilege lounge was always friendly, smiling, and helpful. Always went above and beyond for us. Juan bartender at the pool bar was a favorite Alan bar tender at the pool bar was so fun Ricardo privilege lounge was great Eduardo server was amazing. Fidel lifeguard was amazing and helpful.

Great family holiday with two young kids!
We spent a week here with our 3.5 yr old and 2 yr old kids and honestly the way this hotel is setup worked so well for us. Daisy club (kids club) is worth a separate review as the activities and ladies that work there are amazing. Our 3.5 yr old daughter loved going there to make bracelets, get facepaints, make some other crafts. Our 2 yr old son loved running around with a ball or climbing. Ladies are just so welcoming and so helpful! The pool and snack bar right there by the kids club and we spent most of our day in that area which made it easy to enjoy our time. There was a pinata night that our daughter loved too. Very grateful for the daisy club ladies. Overall staff at the hotel are so friendly and helpful. Just really nice hotel for a nice family break! Totally worth it!
