Fourth day here and things are going very very well. check-in was quite smooth compared to what other reviewers have said. I anticipate writing a better review after I am home but for now food is amazing and the Japanese experience was great . They do Get you in and out fairly quickly .I do have some concerns with Pinky the flamingo as he is alone and he should have a friend there are a number of stray cats , wild , some friendly and some not or they are scared !!please give them tuna or a good protein ! There is only so many months people will feed them . The beach and pool are beautiful!! Stayed tuned

This was the best vacation I had in a long time. The food was very good. This hotel us clean, the room was very comfortable But the best of all was the staff and entertainment I will be going back for sure I highly recommend this hotel The pool chairs would need to be updated

Best of the best
Stayed January, May, August, October 2024 and January 2025 feel in love with this Hotel from the very 1st visit, nothing is ever to much trouble for any member of staff, everyone is always polite, food always amazing and plenty of choice, rooms very spacious and clean, plenty of drink choices -best bartenders Johan down at the pool bar and sexy Black in the lobby, amazing shows, entertainment team you guys are amazing you work your butt's off in that heat, morning noon and night making sure the guests are happy, always have the best time with guys, your like family now, big shout outs to chipi jamer, shaggy, drama queen, chicken legs, wilkin, gabriel and rudy miss you guys, will be back soon

Eautiful suuoundings, great food, needswork
It's a lovely well laid out resort. Pros....excellent food and staff, beautiful beach and pool area. Trollys that went around the resort every 10 minutes so easy to get around. Steak restaurant wonderful. Cons..noisy with thumping music on the beach and pool area. Also, patrons were allowed to go out in the morning and save chairs at the pool and beach area. Some of these chairs were never even utilized. There are a lot of feral,half starved cats at the resort. Made me sick to See them..disgraceful. . Also, I asked for ground floor because of rebuilt knees and they put me on the 2nd floor. Not pleased. And the air conditioner room 4226 was extremely noisy and kept switching off and on making it difficult to sleep. The resort is old and maintenance required. I actually got hit with a piece of falling cement from a 2nd floor balcony. Although i did enjoy the beach area and food, will not be going back. I would not consider this a 4.5, 5 star resort...

Great beach, great food, excellent service!
Beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are lovely and updated and the beach was probably the best one in the area. Games on the beach every morning were very entertaining. Could use more shady spots for those of us who can’t tolerate a lot of sun but would still like to be outside. Food was abundant and delicious wherever you chose to eat. Only ‘complaint’ was some nights the entertainment in the lobby area was excessively loud. Especially the local Spanish singer whom I’m sure has a lovely voice but the volume made it unbearable to listen to. Would have enjoyed a few more ‘North American’ tunes. All staff were friendly and courteous 🙂 would recommend this place to family and friends for sure!
