    We recommend you to come to ocean blue and sand

    The hotel Ocean blue & sand is amazing, the service at beach is great. Daniel De La Rosa was very helpful with everything. He always took care of our needs with a big smile. He provided the kind of service that would make us come back to this resort. And finally the food was delicious. I recommend you to come ocean blue and sand.

    Once again relaxing vacation!

    This was our 2nd trip to Ocean Blue and Sand Resort. Again we had a great vacation! Highlights: Food is great, with many choices to choose from~ main buffet is the best! Room: everything you may need for comfortable stay~ even an umbrella for when you needed. ( in building 6 ~ Best housekeeper ~Oswaldo! He is absolute the best) Privilege Beach~ “Palapa beds” ~ are best for relaxing time with your family.( On the privilege beach best butler is Daniel) Entertainment is great for kids and adults! We finally were able to visit Piano Bar ~ excellent! Our Butler for stay was Andos ( second time) he is absolutely great, detailed oriented, always solving any problems and answering any questions! We hope to come back again!

    4th visit

    We had a amazing time at Ocean Blue. It was so wonderful to see and visit with our friend Victor C. He is a true asset at the resort. We love Mike’s Coffee and visited every day. We could not go a day without coffee and a donut. Also enjoyed the piano bar every evening. Ocean Blue has the most amazing staff, they are all friendly and also happy to have a conversation with you. Our maid cleaned the room everyday and it was spotless. Our Mimi bar was well stocked each day.Can’t wait to come back. For the most part the food was very good. We did like the buffet and did not care for the Mexican restaurant. The beach is beautiful. Bring lots of sun screen and bug spray. Make sure you tip the employees, they work extremely hard.

    Excellent service

    Service was amazing!!! Love this place!!! Will definitely be back!!!!! Manuel at the pool bar made great drinks and Juan Guzman at the buffet was very attentive and service was 10/10!!! Overall, such a great experience!!! Definitely recommend!

    Don’t go.

    Terrible service. They take advantage to charge whatever they want without justification. The staff is rude and indifferent. It was supposed to be all-inclusive, but they take advantage of the customer. Don’t ever go….. it was a bad experience
