Excellent customer service. All of the staff members, especially Mr. Jose Martin were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating to our needs and comfort. We had no issues with this hotel and would 10/10 recommend 👌 lovely ocean view, clean and beautiful

We just returned from our 25th all-inclusive vacation, so we've seen the full range—from the truly exceptional to the downright forgettable. This resort lands somewhere in the middle overall, but unfortunately the food options and booking process drag it dangerously close to the bottom of the pack. Let’s start with the positives: The hotel itself was beautiful, well-kept, and the staff were generally friendly. The location was excellent, easy to get around and close to a few off-resort spots worth checking out. And the beach? Absolutely stunning. Powdery sand, clear water, and plenty of loungers—no complaints there. Now for the letdowns: The food options were extremely limited. For an all-inclusive, we expected much more variety and quality. The real kicker was the need to line up every morning at 7 AM to book dinner reservations—and even then, most spots were full or had strange time slots left. For a vacation, that routine felt more like a frustrating chore than a feature. We don’t mind making reservations, but this system was outdated, inconvenient, and honestly, unnecessary in 2025. It put a daily damper on the experience. In short: If you're here for sun, sand, and relaxation—this place delivers. But if you're a foodie or hoping for a seamless dining experience, you might want to keep looking. With a few changes to the food program and reservation system, this resort could be a real gem.

Muy buena relación precio calidad!
Muy lindo hotel! Lindas instalaciones, muy rico y completo el desayuno, podrían agregar más opciones de cena, rico pero acotado. Muy bien la atención en recepción y excelente el Guest Service a cargo de José. La playa, hermosa asi como La vista desde la habitación, soñada! Muy buena ubicación, Cerca de los centros comerciales de la zona.

Hermosa experiencia en familia
Una hermosa experiencia en familia. Un hotel sencillo pero muy lindo y con una excelente atención. El Guest Service a cargo de José, lo más. La playa, hermosa y casi sin sargazo. La vista desde la habitación, es soñada. Recomiendo! Cerca de los centros comerciales de la zona.
