A Very Nice Stay
We had a very nice holiday there and it had everything you need. The pools and the beach are great. The odd small improvements could make a massive difference to the hotel. The restaurant booking system, the use of the hot plate, and increasing members of staff behind the bar would definitely have improved the experience.

It was an experience of two worlds…
Fantastic staff on an all fronts. Front desk and serving staff all deserve a raise! The grounds and groomed-beach all lovely. The rooms/decor dated, limited /repetitive buffet and tired linens. There were no poolside snacks…not even a single taco chip. During our stay there was not a single cup of fresh salsa - pico de gallo distant dream. The daily food was disappointing - full stop. BUT the Christmas Eve buffet was a total hit! … delicious, all the North American traditional hits. Sadly Christmas Eve only comes once a year.

Xmas stay with my teenage son
We got a great room with a terrace on the 2nd floor overlooking the water. The best rooms in the hotel in my opinion. We loved the value for money, the Italian restaurant was our best food choice, food available 24/7. Staff were all lovely. The gym is small but great , clean and has all you need. Staff all work super hard, bar, room cleaning, restaurant and so on. All excellent and try to make the holiday good for everyone. We had an issue with our original room which they resolved to our satisfaction. We had a great stay and the location on the beach and near all the shopping malls is just great for all the family.

Buyer beware
Although it was an overall good time spent with family, there are definitely some downfalls of this particular resort. The best part of the trip were our servers at the restaurants and bars. If you make a requet regarding rooms being located near one aother, don't hold your breathe.

Worst resort ever!
Worst resort I have ever stayed at in Mexico in 25 years. Food was awful, service was horrible as ther was not any at all . Bar served drinks in paper cups and was marginal at best . Cups were rinsed off and reused to other people. Common bathrooms were discusting . No umbrella or shade I. The beach as well as zero service was available for any drink service anywhere on the property. They charge 500 peso upon arrival for a apparant environment fee . This is a 2 star at best place . I would have preferred a hostel and to source my own food and drinks off site . I will never again revisit this place. It’s very very disappointing! Save your money and book elsewhere!!!! I went wigg to my 2 kids and all of us were hard pressed to eat anything there . All food was cold and quality was inedible!!!!
