Muy bueno para descansar en familia
EL espacio del lobby es grande y posee mucho espacio para descansar, incluye bar, piano bar y ventas de artículos. El servicio es regular y la variedad de comida es normal. Las piscina son muy buenas, temperatura del agua muy agradable al igual que en la playa.

Correcto, relación precio calidad
La estadía estuvo correcta, relación precio calidad. Es un hotel all inclusive pero con un precio accesible. La atención de los empleados es acorde, aunque algunos se desatacan como la de Raquel, que siempre fue muy amable y simpática en todos los restaurantes en los que la vimos. El cuarto tenía un buen tamaño, con los productos necesarios, ni más ni menos. Las barras funcionaban muy bien fuera de horario pico. En cuanto a la comida la mejor se servía en el buffet, la de los restaurantes solo puedo destacar el italiano, el de pescados deja mucho que desear. Para comer fuera de horario solo queda un lugar con comida chatarra. El gimnasio queda chico. A mi me faltó dinero, cuando di aviso me tomaron “la denuncia” intentaron buscarlo en mi cuarto, fue un poco incomodo porque los empleados de seguridad “investigaron” pero fue raro. Sí destaco que nos entregaron el cuarto a las 13 hrs. cuando tendría que haber sido a las 15 hrs y mientras pudimos hacer uso de las instalaciones sin ningún problema.
