Paola Gonzaga fue una excelente persona, nos dio mucha confianza y seguridad, un servicio muy amable he increíble. Incluso nos compartió toda la información y los servicios de la manera como ella lo haría. Todos mis amigos estuvimos estuvimos muy conformes con la información.

Excelente servicio por parte de Paola Gonzaga!!! Muy amable, siempre muy atenta e hizo el proceso muy fácil, super rica la comida🥰y el agua de la alberca muy templada, la comida es rica, pidan la bebida de maracuya, creo que se llama Daikirico

Excelente atención por parte de recepción
La atención de recepción excepcional. Tienen muy buenas recomendaciones y su personal muy profesional. Fernanda y Paola Gonzaga súper buenas en su amables y muy serviciales. Estoy muy satisfecha con el servicio del hotel. Todo excelente.

Beautiful contemporary building . I enjoyed my stay for 3 days, all inclusive. The food was good , not excellent, no working toaster in the morning, the juices were not pure they were sugary packet mixes. The fruit was mostly fresh. The drinks were ok but high sugar based syrups. Even in the inside hotel bars . The bed was not that comfortable I supposedly got upgraded, not sure why to a King size bed?. The bed was lumpy and gave me neck ache and hip ache . The building isn’t noise proof so you hear all the music as lively as it is until it stops and all the other hotel noise. Acoustically sound proof no . The pool is beauty look at but the lack of stairs to climb out are minimal and no hand rails in the shallow end for anyone impaired. I’m very fit so I was ok because I have good balance. The energy was good but too loud and I wouldn’t go back as a result of that.

Excelente servicio por parte de los empleados, creo que son los que hacen mejores la vacaciones gracias por su servicio a todos, a René, Francisco, Majo, Eva, Danna, a los de Pool Royal, Julio, Canario y Agustín Gracias por hacernos el viaje divertido. En especial a "ANDRÉS", que hace su trabajo impecable se encarga de que a nadie le haga falta su bebida, te recomienda bebidas excelentes y súper ricas, fue el que más me hizo disfrutar y reír con sus ocurrencias. Espero verlos a todos en las próximas vacaciones.
