Overall a wonderful 5 day stay. Service was mostly excellent (except for 1 waiter) room was adequate and comfortable clean. Nothing fancy but nice. Comfortable bed, great view. Only downer is No balcony on most of the rooms. The Royal level newer side rooms, I believe, have them. Location great- miles of beach close to hospital, small mall. Lobby is Nice and very Open. The hotel’s greatest assist is Staff and Location. Very clean grounds. The buffet was ok, typical Buffet food, the Asian specialty restaurant was good. The Evening Mex restaurant was ok. Water, soda & Beer in mini bar. The only down is my kids waited for fresh towels for 2 hours and multiple calls. One time they came up with a bottle of Tequila but no towels😂. All in all we loved it. We’ll be back.

Service was fairly but Terrible cleaning furniture needs to be upgraded and need someone to supervise that rooms get clean every day

I love this hotel and the staff who make your stay very enjoyable. The location is perfect, right on the beach and across from a hospital and a few steps away from a mall that has a laundry service to wash, dry and press your clothing for a very reasonable price. Our room was very comfortable and clean and the food offers are very healthy. I would recommend staying at this hotel and enjoying all the beauty and comfort offerred here.

Senior getaway
We went for 3 weeks after 62 years of marriage. We have been to almost every occidental property and would rank this as one of the best; but have only stayed in Royal sections so can only judge it on that.

Great all inclusive
A great resort: excellent food, efficient and friendly service, amazing beach and pools. Will be returning for sure.
