    Outstanding hotel

    This hotel is outstanding, the all inclusive drinks package is the best I’ve ever experienced. Food was excellent and the waitresses / waiters were lovely so helpful and attentive

    Birthday Vacation

    This is a nice hotel its location is good. Beach at the door of your room if you chose a balcony. Downtown Cancun (Coco Bongo area) it is a 10 min taxi drive not too far. You can take a boat 15 to 20 min boat ride across to Isla De La Murjers. Overall, the location is good for families.

    Great family resort

    Smaller compared to the larger resorts but still has all the amenities you would want. Smaller size is great for families who have children. Easy to run back to the room or go from the beach to the pool.

    I'd stay again but only short stay

    Second time here. Second time no hot water for shower but sink has hot water right away. Interesting isn't it almost like on purpose. Staff are amazing and food terrific the Kitchen management knows what it is doing and their cooks and the food is testament of that. This is the reason I would stay again but only short stays like 4 days can only handle so many cold showers. Shower coming of the beach is warmer.

    Pleasant & Enjoyable

    Rooms, facilities, entertainment, spa and beach area were very nice and enjoyable. The bar staff were efficient, friendly and hard working in keeping up with demands. Juanita Chavanlarria was exceptional in her friendly and always up beat personality, always tending to anything I needed. The food was good but mostly limited to buffet style that was always crowded and noisy. Location next to Isla Mujeres Ferry was a plus.
