May 02, 2025Excelente hotel para paseos familiares
El hotel tiene unas zonas comunes espectaculares , la playa es un 10 de 10, las piscinas son únicas , siempre limpias y parecían climatizadas , el personal de las barras muy atentos. Quiero resaltar la excelente disposición de Nancy la mayordomo que nos fue asignada, siempre estuvo atenta vía WhatsApp para lo que necesitáramos ..muy amable ..

En cuanto a la comida no había mucha variedad, para reservar algún restaurante en la cena todo estaba ocupado y no hay como hacerla en línea con anticipación, las habitaciones les falta mantenimiento ya que son muy viejas y en mi caso el aire acondicionado no enfriaba lo suficiente, había una gotera en el baño justo encima donde estaba el inodoro, la caja de seguridad estaba desactivada y falta toallas de pie y mano. Lo que sí rescato es el precio que es muy accesible y la amabilidad de TODO el personal fue excelente.

Tuvimos problema con la suite y nos dieron largas hasta la última noche de nuestra estadía en la que recién nos ofrecieron cambio de habitación, la chica de atención al cliente no estaba en su puesto de trabajo y nos tocó esperarla por mucho tiempo, fue horrible la experiencia, nos dieron una habitación en la que no había agua caliente y la bañera hidromasaje no funcionaba, todo lo reportamos el mismo lunes que llegamos y nos dieron largas hasta el último día que recién nos cambiaron de habitación porque lo exigimos, pagamos más para un mejor trato y nos dieron lo peor

Terrible experience
BAD STAY AWAY The room had two bathrooms with a shower and toilet in each. BOTH toilets leaked around the seals. The one shower did not work b/c the knob was broken off. Balcony door did not lock. To get a shower, we had to walk thru toilet water and when we got out of the shower. Very gross..

Paraiso
Tuvimos una semana perfecta. Todo es magnífico: el recibimiento del personal del hotel, el personal de animación, la playa, las piscinas, las habitaciones. Todo está bien organizado y limpio. Quería agradecer especialmente a Cindy Serrano por darnos la bienvenida y gestionar todas nuestras reservas. Volveremos el año que viene con más gente aquí. Muchas gracias.
