Naples to enjoy
Location, services and courtesy with great attention to the customer. We were able to enjoy the beautiful city thanks to the hospitality of the hotel that I certainly recommend. Thank you!

A STOP FOR WORK
We often go there for work, and the attention and efficiency of the staff, and 'superlative for every customer. We highly recommend it.... Even the breakfasts, are delicious ... 👏🔝 and assorted for every need and taste ...😜👏 .... See you soon!! !

Great choice for the night
We arrived in Naples on the ferry for a short one night stay before flying out. This hotel was a great choice. It was easy to reach on foot after arriving by ferry. Since we were early for check in, our bags were stored while we explored the city. As first timers to Naples, the hotel was well located for us. We were able to walk to the historical centre, Spanish Quarter and other key spots. Our room itself was modernly appointed, comfortable and had a sea view. We slept well. We also appreciated the assistance of the desk staff during our stay.

Apr 26, 2025You should work harder to have a better return
I do not put three stars because there were also pleasant situations but... central hotel with very slow reception and not at all empathetic. Given the high costs, 250 per night, you could assign a higher and better room. The room has no silent and effective conditioning, at night there were noises and especially the boastful sea view was from the window that you can not open. The room has nice furnishings but is worn by time and the walls are dirty, not at trolley height but just above sixty feet and it would take nothing to paint to give a feeling of cleanliness. Clean room on the third day while we had breakfast; tell me you how to clean in 15 minutes. Change of sheets on request and have not been changed in 5 days. For the towels I had to ask for an addition and a subsequent change. Good breakfast, little fruit and no soy yogurt at the counter. Same thing for those who do not drink milk, you are served on request. I asked for a teapot at the reception and I was literally told: “they are intended for those who have superior rooms, I will see if we have one more”. Well, it's the ways that change the situation! As for the staff only Carmen was courteous and fast. Paid parking next to the hotel, restaurants nearby at will.
