    Great

    Really satisfied with the service, particularly the assitance and hospitality provided by Mr Sudip Tiwari is highly appreciated. Room service and reception was great. Truly enjoyed the stay with colleagues. Hotel is also located in prime area to roam around and dine in in walking distance.

    Great location

    Wonderful hotel in the middle of everything. No need for a car you can walk to the WW2 museum, Jackson Square and 100s of great restaurants. Also close to Bourbon and Cafe Dumond. Hotel staff is friendly and I met the general manager in the elevator. He’s wonderful and always looking for feedback. M Club is a huge plus serving both a real breakfast and dinner. The omelette women is fantastic. Wonderful views of the city and river.

    Well-appointed room, convenient location

    Comfort, cleanliness, and courtesy are found, as expected, at the New Orleans Marriott. The reservation process was easy, and check-in was simple. The concierge desk was helpful, and of course, the location was convenient for meetings and sightseeing. The room was nicely appointed ... always appreciate a coffee brewing machine to get the day going. It took a little getting used to the high-tech bank of elevators, but I learned that a simple scan of the room card selected one's elevator. I have had great views of the super moon and sunsets. The pantry/snack shop behind the bar area is well-stocked. I have also been enjoying watching the trolly pass by out front when I'm waiting for a cab. An overall pleasant visit.

    Don't accept a room near the elevator

    I just checked in for a four night stay and I'm dreading it. I'm next to the elevator and it is so loud, I might as well be next to a subway. I asked for a different room and was told all the other available rooms were also near elevators. Well, here's the thing. A hotel shouldn't have any rooms this bad. It fails the basic criterion of any hotel: a place where you can get a good night's sleep. Any hotel that would offer this will fall down in other areas, I am sure.

    Lensha was great!

    Lensha was extremely helpful and kind when I checked in after a very long day of travel. She really looked out for me and made me feel welcome, and her kindness made my day better. I'm so appreciative of the service that she provided to me during a difficult day.
