    Perfect birthday weekend!

    One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! Could not fault it …..got to do the level though. Location is perfect and the pool is needed when it is so hot! Could not have picked a more perfect hotel! Just want to go back now ! I can’t praise it enough!

    Allegedly a 4 stars hotel

    Allegedly, this is a 4 stars hotel; I asked on a Friday night to buy a bottle of water at the reception, they told me that the bar is close, and I should drink tap water. A bottle of water … Any more comment needed? Seriously? Avoid this place at all costs.

    A great stay.

    Check in was efficient. We stayed on the 9th floor. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. I loved having a balcony. We may have been alone on our side as we never saw anyone on their balconies. The air conditioning worked well in the room and nighttime was quiet in the halls. We were there during the power outage on April 28th. The staff worked hard to get power to the hotel. By the time we arrived back, they had power to everything but the elevators. We ate room service because most restaurants around still didn’t have power during dinner time. We appreciated their diligence. We got a complimentary water in the room. Free breakfast is good. Easily walkable to Plaza de Espana for sunset pictures. We did not have a problem figuring out buses (most you can tap your credit card, but one we had didn’t have the machine and we needed to use Euros). Small issues: the shower floor is slippery! We got a non-alcoholic Heineken instead of a regular one with room service. At breakfast, the omelette cook just scrambles the eggs with your toppings. It’s not an omelette. Also not all the coffee makers made good coffee.

    A very good hotel

    Stayed for 4 nights on a bed and breakfast basis. Room allocation on arrival efficient and friendly. Tenth floor room ,clean,tidy ,appropriately stocked,reasonable size,twin beds. Mini bar well stocked , but didn’t need to use it. Complementary bottle of water provided. Throughout our stay all interactions with staff were friendly . The breakfast provided for a broad spectrum of tastes. We enjoyed the culinary spread . Our only criticism was that the hot plated offerings were not particularly hot. I did raise this point to on site staff and they said they would look into it. Departure was non problematic. The hotel is well located for walking into Seville and the fact that it is almost adjacent to the Plaza de Espana is a real bonus. There are a couple of good sized supermarkets about 200 mtrs on the left as you leave the hotel if you want water top ups etc. We would recommend this hotel and would happily return.

    Fantastic hotel in great location

    Had a fabulous 10 day stay in the level rooms at Melia Seville. Clean, trendy and comfortable rooms. The hotel is in a great location with great views and walking distance to all city centre areas. The service and welcome from all team members was outstanding but Isabel in particular was exceptional. I will be returning soon after such a wonderful first experience. Mrs Montgomery
