    Excellent

    Amazing experience! Many thanks to people who made this trip fenomenal including Heisey Matos, Frangel Colon, Nairoby Cabrera, Felix, Robert, and all chefs in buffets!!!! Food was unbelievable. Will definitely come back and have recommend already to my friends.

    We had a great time!

    I celebrated my birthday with my daughter at 'The Level At Melia Punta Cana Beach' Paradise, where we spent a fabulous week. Every employee we encountered was absolutely amazing, with Lic. Gilberto Payan standing out for his exceptional assistance during our stay. The YH SPA was a highlight, featuring two massage appointments and one coco body wrap with Karina and Nikaury, both skilled masseuses. Looking forward to returning to this wonderful place!

    Muy bonito Hotel y experiencia.

    Muy bonita experiencia para una primera vez en este hotel de Punta Cana , solo para adultos, Personal general muy amable y profesional, destancando a Zulky Guerrero, Delbi Ramo como camarero y Francisca Tranquilis quien se ocupaba de nuestra habitacion. Encontramos una buena seleccion de platos en los restaurantes y bufet, un hotel con una picsina grande rodeada de naturaleza, actividades nocturnas como punto fuerte, habitacion espacesosa. Muy contenta de mi estancia con deseos de repetir .

    Average at best.

    Fairly average for the price. The food was average. The restaurants you had to book were a bit better than the ones you didn't. Watch out for the ladies pushing you to visit the adjacent property for a free massage. Never got the free massage and complained to management. They did nothing about it. Wasted 2 hours of my vacation because of it. Room was okay, but toilet was clogged 2 nights in a row. Had them come out and fix it but still broken the next day. Luckily it was our last day. For the price, definitely not worth it. Get an airbnb or regular hotel and got out and explore punta cana when you like.

    Best all inclusive yet!

    This was absolutely the best all-inclusive I have ever been to! Let me start with a food. The buffets were amazing! Tons of variety, different themes, amazing meats, fruits, sides… by far the best resort buffets! The resort itself was gorgeous! Just walking around was a treat everyday! The evening entertainment was super fun and very professional and the staff was tremendous! Special shout out to our concierge Frankiella, who checked on us everyday, made reservations for us, helped us book excursions, made sure our room was perfect and to Edward, our favorite person there! I can’t wait to return and would recommend this resort to EVERYONE!
