    Great Staff!!!!

    We had a great time! My friend Leonardo in the lobby bar was a person I could be buddies with. And he treated my friends and family great as well. Easy to approach and very helpful.

    Had a great family vacation but rooms need refresh

    Overall, we had a great time. We traveled with grandparents and two kids, and loved the atmosphere of lots of extended families. Our kids had a great time in the pool, and playing mini golf, foosball, shuffleboard, and other activities. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. We also appreciated being so close to the marina, so that we could easily go off resort if we wanted to. The only two negatives were some of the food and elements of the rooms. Food at the a la carte restaurants was great, but the buffet was hit and miss. The rooms are also looking worn. Our bathroom was in good shape but the pillows & mattresses had definitely seen better days and hopefully will be replaced in the not too distant future.

    Amazing! I will be back next year!

    The resort overall is very beautiful. It’s a smaller resort, but it’s got everything you need. The pool is amazing. The food at the buffet was awesome as well as Moles the Mexican restaurant. Very clean resort and staff was amazing and friendly. I would definitely recommend and I will be going back again.

    Safe place for celiacs.

    I absolutely loved this resort. I have never visited Mexico before and it was absolutely a beautiful country to visit. The resort was super clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I have celiac disease and a few allergies to fruits The captains at the restaurant were David and Raul. They went over and beyond to make sure that I had food that was safe for me. I never got sick once, this was amazing. To feel so well taken care of was very reassuring. The bar tenders at the beach area were fantastic and made each day fun We participated in many activities like water aerobics and bingo. Highly recommend to any fellow celiac.

    Review

    We had a great experience at the Meliá. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Stephanie who was very friendly and informed us about all we needed to know. The facilities were great, and I took a particular interest in water arobics with Anna. I would highly recommend this resort for couples or families.
