تم تغيير اثاث الفندق و الديكور الى افضل على مدى وقت طويل أعمال الصيانة مزعجه الإفطار اقل من عادي لا يوجود أصناف متعدده ولا خيرات متعدده نصيحه إذا بتحجز لا تحجز بالإفطار الغرف جميله أدوات النظآفه تكاد معدومه مناشف حبه واحده كبيره ماء علبه واحده فرشة اسنان لا يوجد مشط لا يوجد أدوات الصحة مثلاً قطن اعواد أذاني لا يوجد امواس حلاقه لا يوجد تعامل الموظفين في الاستقبال بدائي لدرجة إذا تطلب مظله في اي وقت شمس او امطار او ليل يخبرك بانه لا يوجود خلصت اتمنى الأفضل و مرونه في التعامل مع الضيوف The hotel furniture and decor have been changed for the better over a long time. Maintenance work is annoying. Breakfast is less than average. There are no different types or options. Advice if you book, do not book with breakfast. The rooms are nice. Cleaning tools are almost non-existent. Towels are one large piece. Water is one bottle. Toothbrush is not available. There are no combs. There are no hygiene tools, for example, cotton. Ear buds are not available. shaver are not available. The staff at the reception are primitive to the point that if you ask for an umbrella at any time, sun, rain or night, they tell you that there is none. It's finish. I hope for the best and flexibility in dealing with guests.

They even refused to provide us with two new bottles of water daily and told us to drink from the tap when we called the reception. The plumbing needs to be fixed sometimes it doesn’t completely flush and water temperature is just terrible for the price paid.

Great hotel and location
Amazing hotel. We upgraded to the Level area which is 100% worth it. A nice relaxed area for breakfast, and snacks and tapas and drinks available all day long. Great rooms with amazing views over the City from the high floors. A lovely spa as well to relax in, and a great location literally a few minutes walk from all the action!

Absolutely fantastic hotel in great location
Fabulous hotel. Could not be better placed for all attractions yet in a quiet location. We booked a level room, well worth it. Totally recommend and would definitely return. All of the staff have been friendly and efficient. Don’t hesitate to use this hotel, it really is great.
