Romantic Getaway
We had a very nice time. The only thing I didn’t like was the water at the beach and this is not the hotels fault. Room, bar and food was good. The staff is what makes this place special. Hector is the best concierge and Gerardo’s beach and pool service is over the top. We will be back soon.

Melia cozumel
Very Clean resort. Small resort 250 rooms. No live music. Staff is amazing. Food is good but lack of variety. Mostly stews. No carved Meat. Beach is great but water always cloudy. Have to go to the next hotel to swim. For that reason wont return.

Melia Cozumel
Great staff. All very friendly. Alfonso with concierge was fabulous. He always greeted us and checked on us when we walked by the level office. My husband says Melia needs a sports bar 😂 And I myself would be thrilled if Melia would encase their mattresses and pillows. It helps the hotel and guest. Adds years to a mattress as well. This also cuts down on any “bugs.” The food was not as great as usual (this is our third visit) however the new Taco house was fabulous! Miquel worked in there and was super attentive and friendly. Ana in the main dining was great as well. The head waiter (forgot his name) was also great. We usually come in April or June. The weather is much better then over November. Overall it was another great time.

The staff makes this resort!
The resort was clean, and the room was well appointed. The pool was very cold, but if you can stay in the water long enough, you get used to it. The food was just average. Jorge Michael in the buffet was amazing. He made us feel special every day! Alphonso Jimenez in the LEVEL office was super, booked our meal reservations, and was flexible when we changed our plans. The entire staff was very friendly!
