    Great vacation!

    Loved the Melia Cozumel! Our experience began with exceptional service by Gerardo at the Level . Workers and bar tenders were friendly and attentive. Their English was amazing. Special shout outs to Jorge (Taco Restaurant), Eric from the beach bar, Nemecio and Antonia from the buffet restaurant., lobby bartender Edilberto and Ian at the pool bar. The only suggestion would be to have self serve water filling area's. We will be back! Erl and Marianne Horak March 2025.

    Great new feature at Melia!

    Every winter we fly to the Melia resort in Cozumel to escape a part of winter, Its always predictable! Direct flight, warm water, sand beach, much food and greeted like family by the staff, some of which we have known for years! This year we were pleasantly surprised to discover a medical facility on the premises open 24/7 plus several para medics and an ambulance. Dr. Josue B. Diaz and Dra. Roxana Urrutiaand are in attendance . This clinic is capable of offering relief to all types of occurrences that might happen at an “all-inclusive resort”. The two doctors take turns staying on the premises. They are capable of treating everything except surgery requirements. Good luck to this new feature at Melia!

    Great experience.

    Great experience Luis Sanches our waiter was amazing, always attentive, ask for him when you are at the restaurant, he will be ready to serve you., food was delicious, wine cold and great selection, deserts? Out of this world! Clean restaurant, beach area clean and beautiful.

    Best resort in Mexico so far 🙌🏻

    We really enjoyed our time at Melia Resort ! The rooms are spacious, bed are very comfortable, food is yummy at the buffet and at restaurants, and the beach is clean and beautiful. There was many options without alcohol, such as nonalcoholic beers. Enough chairs at the beach for everyone. We did the aqua aerobics activity at lunch time with Emilie and it was super fun ! She was energetic and funny ! Highly recommend to participate in the activities 🤗 Best resort in Mexico so far 🙌🏻

    Nice Resort for Couples and Families

    This is a really nice property that has something for everyone. Lots of activities for kids. Water toys are available and with no cost. Food is average. Staff is fantastic. Rooms are clean.
