    Luft nach oben

    Wie jedes Jahr im Januar Urlaub im Melia Caribe. Es bleibt dabei es ist eine wunderschöne Anlage an einem Traumstrand. Leider gibt es manchmal Änderungen die kein Mensch verstehen kann. Von mir schon oft kritisiert ist das Verhalten der Golfcar Fahrer. Dieses wird überhaupt nicht besser ob man sich beschwert oder nicht. Konkret, man hat das ehemalige Strandrestaurant dem Hotel Zell zugeordnet mit entsprechenden Strandabschnitt. Es ist nahezu unmöglich mit einem Golfcar vom the Level Pool und den angrenzenden Zimmern zum Strand zu kommen geschweige denn zurück. Es fahren zwar genug Golfcars rum aber man bekommt ständig zu höhren man müsse zum Zell um dann festzustellen das sie doch am Strand stehen. Der Rückweg ist noch schlimmer, alle müssen zum Zell. Fahren tun jedoch die wenigsten. Das Telefon an der Haltestelle hat man vorsorglich ausgestellt. Kann Melia das bitte mal erklären. Da das Strandrestaurant weg ist hat man für Nichtlevelgäste zwei Wohnwagen zur Verköstigung aufgestellt. Diese sind an Peinlichkeit für ein 5-sterne Hotel kaum zu überbieten. Da stellt sich mir die Frage ob es kein Qualitätsmanagment gibt, wenn ja gehören die Mitarbeiter ausgetauscht. Melia sollte sich überlegen wo die Reise mit dem Caribe hingehen soll, die Alternative steht keine 100 Meter entfernt.

    Melia Caribe Level genial

    Hemos tenido una estadía genial en Melia Caribe. La instalaciones son muy bonitas. Nos hemos quedado en Level que tiene una seccion especial con muy buena comida y atencion, me parece que vale la pena. Laurent Martinez ha sido nuestro mayordomo y fue muy esplendida y nos ha ayudado mucho a tener estancia mas placentera!

    Sem atenção a dever de respeito ao consumidor

    Bem subtraído de dentro do quarto, sem qualquer preocupação ou reparação por parte do hotel, pouco se preocupando com danos materiais e morais dos hospedes

    Las mejores vacaciones en punta cana.

    Excelente la presentación de las habitaciones y aseo diario. El restaurante ofrece un menú muy variado con muy buena atención. Las instalaciones del hotel son magníficas y muy bonitas. En general todo estuvo magnífico. En el final de la estancia nos atendió yeison rosso para la salida, excelente te y amable atención.
