I have to say that Yahairo at the Spa gave the Best 80min massage that I have ever had. The first one was so good that I went back this morning for another one. From Head to toe she massaged all the key spots that were sore from golfing 5 days in a row, Thank you!!

We are staying at this resort now. Mixed bag of results. Resort beautiful, grounds fabulous, well kept , beach amazing. We are staying in Level. Room old fashioned but cleaned to a high standard every day and stocked with everything we ask for when needed. Riviera bar and restaurant 10/10 best place in the resort. Staff and service excellent. Without this facility the resort would be a total let down. Food amazing and bar staff make fabulous drinks. Celia was fabulous when I was feeling very unwell and looked after me. Alexander was very good too. Down side: booking system at restaurants poor. Even after having a set time of booking still had to wait 30 minutes over the time of booking for our table and was then given a table at the bottom of the restaurant by the service door with as an after thought. Service was poor and not enough staff to cover the immense amount of people being catered for.. Olive bar constantly running out of glasses and serving drinks in paper cups. The Level lounge is very poor it’s just an elaborated reception area in comparison to other premium lounges we have experienced. No mixers for drinks , no appropriate glasses for drinks , ie gin and tonics etc. half pint beer glasses only, run out of wine glasses for wine. All in all not premium service expected and paying for.. Bargaritas is a good bar but needs more than 2 people serving drinks every bar seems short staffed. Overall this is a beautiful resort in a fabulous part of Punta Cana but I don’t think we will come back to a Meliá chain again .

Great experience!
The hotel was perfect, and it even exceeded our expectations. The common areas and the room were very clean, the food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly kind and respectful. We have stayed at many hotels in the past, and I must say that, so far, this one is our favorite!

Very clean space, room was always spotless when we came back and cute towel animals were left by the cleaning lady 💕, good service for the bar they made the prettiest drinks, always smiling and saying hello. Beautiful beach and clean sand just a bit of algue but it was not a bother. Overall a very nice trip would come again!

Nice spot!
Fun evening at cape nao. Favorites, Tuna tiradito , burrata and seafood spaghetti were the highlights. Melvin and his staff were fantastic. Tip : come during the Sat and have a drink in the comfy chairs and enjoy the view! (A levels restaurant )
