I had the best experience in gravity Stratford on the 5th of march. I went on the go-karts, darts and lastly the activity called hyper-floor, they all was an amazing, I was greeted by very nice bartender called youssef who really helped me chose what I wanted as I can admit i did stand at the bar quite confused as what I wanted. All around I’d say it’s a great places for couples and family’s especially for a nice day out 10/10 would go again

stunning experience
Excellent hotel with a reception built like sci- fi movie. We were welcomed as soon as we stepped in. We went through check-in and there was an issue with the payment email on my part however, the staff named Tyrease calmed us and eased us in with the check-in process. We stepped in the room and it was gorgeous with a nice little view from almost at the top. There were also wine and charcuterie board with a welcome card on the table for us to enjoy the view with. Everything we needed in the room and the shower was magnificent . Next morning, member of staff named Daniel greeted us and showed us around the hotel and led the way to the breakfast area and checked us with our allergens about food even though he didn't have to. I felt very safe since my girlfriend is celiac and the message was passed on to the restaurant team by Daniel. All in all food and room was five star experience, can't wait for another stay

Perfect!
This was my first stay at this hotel and it was amazing, staff were amazing especially Diana! The smell in this hotel was unreal absolutely beautiful and Diana kindly came up to our room and gifted us some smellies! I would recommend this hotel!!

Great customer service
Lovely hotel, with extremely friendly staff. Diana was so attentive, she even came to our room with a candle, diffuser and room spray after my friend and I said how nice the hotel smelt. Lovely extra touches with complementary fruit and sparking wine. Really nice bright room and comfy bed. Would definitely return.

Unforgettable & worth the money!
Me and my girlfriend visited the hotel last week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were welcomed with very friendly staff, great service and an incredibly hospitable team, which is rare to find these days. We just wanted to show our gratitude to the hotel and team, but in particular Alvaro, the AURA supervisor, who was incredibly kind and made our stay all the more unforgettable.
