Feb 19, 2025Amazing Service and Views
Our stay here was amazing. This was our first time in Cabo and would say I’m glad we stayed here. All the workers were super nice and welcoming! Upon entering the hotel, we were met with a stunning view of the ocean. The hotel has beach access to the calmest waters in Cabo that are swimmable. I’d like to mention the amazing service provided by our concierge, Eduardo. Eduardo was super helpful with all the questions/comments we had. His response time was super quick. He helped to coordinate a surprise for fiancée. A bouquet of flowers for my fiancée were there in our room prior to check in. She loved them. Super happy we had him as our concierge. Overall though, would definitely come back to ME Cabo :)

ME Cabo is the best!
The hotel is amazing, the staff and attention to detail and service was amazing. Eduardo our concierge was outstanding. He took care of every need and exceeded our expectations, he made our stay 10x better than I could have expected. He anticipated every need and gave us personal attention I have never had before at a hotel. Thank you Eduardo!

The ME Cabo is a beautiful hotel. Rooms are lovely, well-maintained and tastefully appointed. Staff is super friendly. Craft restaurant is phenomenal: the food is delicious with good wines to complement the menu. I ate there 3 times and all meals were outstanding. My only real complaint is about the music. On weekends (starting Friday and through Monday) there was a DJ blasting rather poorly selected techno music from noon to after 6 pm. When I say blasting, I am not kidding. The walls of my room 6 floors up were shaking. It was impossible to just relax and read my book ANYWHERE in the hotel during this cacophony. During the other days of my stay, there was still a DJ all day, but the volume was lower, if still undesirable. I understand full well that the hotel caters to a young crowd, seemingly young visitors from the US who are underage to drink at home and so fly down to Cabo for the weekend. If you are looking for peace and quiet at Cabo, then this hotel is definitely not for you.

Don’t go here if you want a quiet vacation with your partner. Extremely loud music all day even if the pool club is empty. Location, food, rooms and staff is great but unfortunately the extremely loud music from 12 pm to 6 pm destroys the whole experience.

Vacation review
It was me and my fiancé 1 year anniversary and the staff did do several things to acknowledge it but unfortunately i had 4 very negative experiences. 1) when i went to extend my day an extra day i was not given my government rate which i originally paid as i am active duty US military 2) we ordered room service and it was incorrect and when i requested it to be replaced and a new order it was never taken and never received my correct order 3) we were to be compensated for that and i made reservations the next night and was charged fully for my meal and i would not of had those reservations etc if it was not to be complimentary. 4) there were several charges that i disputed as my final bill had some correct charges but also some false. They were not addressed or corrected and i was charged fully with no regard
