    Disappointed by Room Conditions and Unwelcoming Policies

    We booked six rooms here for my bachelorette party, and unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. Our room smelled strongly of mold, and we found two dead roaches during our stay. For the high price, the rooms were surprisingly small and not what we expected. What really added stress to what should’ve been a happy, celebratory moment was when one of my friends was charged $200 just because two other guests (who were staying nearby) came to my room for a quick pre-dinner toast. They were only there for about an hour and didn’t use any hotel amenities. The charge felt excessive and unwelcoming, especially given the short visit. I wouldn’t have stayed here—or recommended my friends book here—if I had known how poorly guests would be treated. It took away from what should have been a fun, memorable weekend I’d suggest the staff be more transparent and flexible with guest policies—especially for special occasions like weddings or bachelorette weekends. A little hospitality and understanding can go a long way in creating a positive experience, rather than making guests feel penalized for simply celebrating with loved ones.

    Paulina concierge - ME

    Paulina was our personal concierge and did a phenomenal job. She was very attentive, readily available, detailed, and ensured we had a spectacular time. She provided wonderful recommendations and we hope to come back again very soon! Recco anyone to stay here at ME and request Paulina.

    The Great ME hotel

    Loved our hostess Alyssa . She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time . She helped us from upgrading our room to making Resturant reservations to booking car rentals. I was so stressed with work so my husband booked this last minute trip to Cabo and when I first arrived I thought I was going to hate the hotel and the loud music. The hotel has the most gorgeous view , specially the view from our room, and music and all the activities were just what I needed to forget about my stressful job back home. The fire work was just added bonus. The entire staff were professional and friendly. We will for sure go back to ME Cabo. We hav been to ME Barcelona and now ME Cabo and love both locations.

    Super fun and awesome

    Aeyssa Jaqueline our host is the greatest host ever. I have stayed all over the place all over the world and truly have not had a better experience with a host before. The resort is on the louder side but it’s super fun to be in if you like the atmosphere and the party. Food in the other restaurants could be better as well but Craft is an amazing restaurant with great food. Really enjoyed the stay.

    Make sure to ask for Paulina!!

    Make sure to ask for Paulina for concierge services. She was so amazing and kind to us and helped with our many reservations throughout the week all over Cabo. She was able to advise us on all the best places to eat and dance, Muchas Gracias Paulina.
