    While checking in I appreciate everything you did for my family, Sidone. You are a worker filled with pride, dignity, and integrity. Our bellman was really awesome and enjoyable too. Tichelle, the top server on the property. Quick, knowledgeable, and understands how to make everyone smile. Our week began somewhat challenging with a slow pool deck and inadequate service, but today marked our first meeting with Tichelle, who truly made us feel at home. Our cocktails were chilled and exciting while Tichelle even went upstairs to fetch my son a milkshake made for me. I was amazed by the excellent service provided at the pool; it nearly felt like we were dining at a table service. 10 stars for Tichelle. Tichelle is the finest server we encountered. Everyone, including our friends, wanted Tichelle to be their server for the entire trip. This young woman is quite enthusiastic about managing guest care and addressing our needs

    First time St. Thomas

    Thank you to the entire staff of the Westin for making our stay so enjoyable. Zahky, an attendant at the family pool went the extra mile to make sure that our family was well taken care of. It wasn’t just our family either. He makes everyone feel that they are his priority. Thank you Zahky!

    The Spa is GREAT

    I wanted to give a big shout out to the spa at the Westin. It is just beautiful and serene and the staff is great. We were next door at the Marriott Property and were told the services over at the Westin were available for reservations. We got them easily, were treated royally and comfortably, and my massage technician, Dee, was excellent. Fantastic hands and lovely personality. Couldn't have been more pleased. Would love to go back!

    Holiday

    Zahky at the family pool went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We have a two month old and an 12 year old. There is something for the entire family. All of the staff is great but be sure to ask for Zahky!

    Fabulous Resort!

    We stayed at the Westin for a recent business trip, and the resort is fabulous! The rooms were clean, the food was great, and the location overlooking the beach was breathtaking. At the front desk, ask for Zeleka -- if she can't help, the concern doesn't exist! She treats the guests like family, and she singlehandedly made our stay wonderful -- thank you for everything, Zeleka! Book your stay with confidence -- this is a beautiful, wonderfully run resort.
