    Outstanding Hospitality with a Few Bumps at the Edge Bar!!

    From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome. Huge shout out to Shanique for making sure we had everything we needed from a smooth check in to spot on dinner recommendations! Luna Mar was a highlight thanks to Kailah—you rock! She’s the true definition of knowledgeable when it comes to the drinks she serves. Every cocktail was on point, and her energy made the experience unforgettable. Unfortunately, our visit to The Edge Bar on Thursday didn’t meet expectations. The service was disappointing Kendra, one of the bartenders, had her back turned to us most of the time while she was cleaning, leaving us to wait for another bartender who was extremely busy serving other guests. After waiting 10 minutes she finally acknowledged us, her tone made it seem like we were bothering her, which made us uncomfortable as if we were harassing her just by trying to get service. It’s important to have bartenders who can read the room and study their guests' needs. Also, cleaning the bar during peak hours is not ideal please be mindful of using chemicals near open drinks.Horrible service pouring drinks near open chemicals, and having a rude attitude all because we waited 10 minutes to get a cocktail. That said, a big thank you to Amy, the amazing manager at Sugar Fin. She went above and beyond to make sure our trip went smoothly and that we were well taken care of. And we can’t forget our favorite bartender, Amber, who kept the good vibes and drinks flowing who acknowledged us every moment of her time!

    Spring vacation

    The only negative thing is the bathroom fan doesn't stop running, even the maintenance guys can't turn it off. The noise disturbs sleeping pattern.

    Cecilia is awesome!

    We are loving the property and are having a fabulous time. I especially want to say how wonderful our server Cecilia Andrew, from the breakfast buffet, was this morning. She is bright, energetic, attentive and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our time at breakfast this morning and Cecilia was a big part of that. We will definitely be asking to be in her section tomorrow!

    Friendly and helpful

    Shaniqua at the front desk was just so lovely!! She helped me with a small detail on my room and trying to help with a flower debacle and US Postal Service and floral arrangement for a wedding at the resort. So friendly all of the staff here at Westin St Thomas

    A slice of Heaven

    Came here for spring break with my 16 year old son and 18 year old daughter… breathtaking!!! Staff has been wonderful. Housekeeping has been attentive. Ocean front room with balcony has been well worth the extra $. You will love this place!
