Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy:
Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy:
This hotel cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment.
Transfer Policy:
A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information:
Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel. Rates are exclusive to US residents.
Service Charges: Room service of $5 USD per order.
This does not affect our stocking of the mini fridges which continues to be daily on a complimentary basis with bottled water, soft drinks, and beer.
Minimum check in age is 18 year round.

Alejandra at the casa Bella restaurant is a very pleasant gentleman. He was very hands on with service and a wonderful cheerful person. When we made our reservations for our Thanksgiving family vacation we requested two rooms with King size beds with beach/pool view and one room with double size beds. We did not get the right rooms and now we are staying in room with two full beds. Not a great start to a family vacation.

Wonderful Oceanside Resort
This resort was a great place to spend the week. The beach was terrific for long walks, swimming and sunbathing. We received excellent service from Alex at the pool bar. The adult pool has super comfy chairs and very relaxing atmosphere. The restaurants were being renovated, however, they found alternate locations and the food was still amazing. The favorite was the Italian restaurant where we received top notch service from Guermo. In the evenings after dinner we visited Bar Volare and Dalia took amazing care of us and made sure we always had a drink. The Michael Jackson show had amazing dancers and was entertainment at its finest. Will definitely return to this resort.

We are platinum members and have been very disappointed. The biggest complaint we have is not being able to book stays. It takes weeks to get responses. We are always told there is only emotions available. There are not good rooms available even when we are booking. We have yet to be able to book distinct despite giving a range of dates. Someone told us a law passed that is supposed to make it easier for members to book but it doesn't seem like Marival is in compliance.

Not what it used to be
We arrived to find the main building under total renovation. Check in was makeshift lobby. Three restaurants closed. Nowhere were we told that this construction was planned or happening. But we did pay high season rates. Where’s the honesty in that. Oh and now there is a charge for a cabana at the beach club. It’s great! Right in front of all of the other guests at the beach. Very little thought seems to have gone into this. Curious what other “improvements”they have in mind.

Alejandro great service
Alejandra was wonderful. Attentive and funny. He was the best!! Whenever we needed something, a refill or simply just had questions he was right there with top of the line services. I wish I could recommend him to everyone! Thank you Alejandro!
