    A wonderful experience with friends!!

    The butler service with Karen was superb! She is so kind, friendly and thoughtful. I would go back in a heartbeat. The facility was excellent as well as service. One of the waiters we had, Carlos, was awesome! He made sure we had a wonderful experience at dinner.

    El mejor bar salted rim super atención de victor, luis y Gibran super show de mixologia jugamos a gusto domino, monopoly y estuvieron a cargo durante todo ese tiempo no nos faltó nada, fueron muy amables y respetuosos, para un viaje de amigas este lugar es genial

    El bar salted rim es el mejor bar al que he ido en la Riviera maya ✨ el servicio fue el mejor, la calidad de los cocteles es excelente, en esa ocasión me atendió, Victor, Gilbran y Luis!! Mi cóctel favorito fue la mezcalina de piña 🍍 Adicional que hay juegos de mesa y pasamos un momento agradable

    The best holiday

    You know that you’ve had the most amazing holiday when you don’t want to leave! All the staff are incredible, they go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience We were so blessed to have Frida and Isaac as our butlers: they go above and beyond every single day to make sure that you have the most amazing holiday, nothing is ever too much trouble. We left feeling we had made incredible friendships with them. Charly our pool butler was amazing, always there to help us with any concerns and he he is just so lovely All the boys at The Salted Rim are incredible, not only at what they do but they are such an amazing team and are just incredible to watch. Angel, Luis, Victor, Alain and Gibron you were incredible at your jobs, made the most amazing drinks and an absolute pleasure to spend our nights with. The dream team if ever I knew one! Breakfast was always met with a smile Marianne and there are so many amazing breakfast servers including Noel, Roberto, Christhan and Anthony. Erika at the pool works so so hard as does Erick and Irwin are the same! Ernesto you are a pleasure to deal with and it must feel so amazing to have so may talented staff under you belt! Febe and Christian from Concierge and Diego from Social Media are all amazing. As well. You have such a talented team here, you must be so proud of every single staff member! We had the best holiday

    Great resort and Staff and everyone is happy there!! Food was not so great.

    The staff is AWESOME. Our butlers, Armando and Enrique were excellent and made each day spectacular! Truly a place to go and feel pampered! The Hydro Therapy was extra special! The resort is super clean and well maintained. My only wish is that there was more entertainment in the evenings and a better food selection.
