We spent 7 days here in January , this resort all depends what you are looking for in a vacation! The hotel is beautiful and very clean , rooms are spacious ,beds are comfortable, shower is AMAZING! Very nice cozy bath robes provided .. I would suggest to management to supply slippers the floors are cold. Food at boathouse ( buffet) is ok ! Typical buffet food warm just edible . Steakhouse is very good , my husbands favourite. Italian was also good .The pizza is soooo good 👍🏼 Overall the food was A plus+ we liked everything we had. Every staff we came across was awesome .. always smiling and there to help! It’s very noticeable that the staff are trained to go out of their way for you. If you are a beach lover .. this is NOT the place for you . There is no beach. Pool lover? Pools are great with lots of chairs. But water is cold (at first) I love the towels , help yourself with no towel cards. Joe merchants is another A+ staff amazing and coffee donuts so tasty . I LOVE the points system .. do it your way! Get the treats you want . Every resort should follow this system. Things I really missed from being at other resorts … Mexican vibe seemed to be missing , I found this resort very American ( I’m sure that’s what they were going for ) it’s just not for me that way . I missed the nightly shows that are at other resorts. This one had bands and such in the bar at night . I can see that at home . No wildlife …some people will be happy about this 😊 but for me iguanas in open when I’m walking around is something I look forward to . I’m on vacation when this happens .. things are different than at home . I would not return to resort for these reasons .. BUT I would still recommend it to people if this is what you’re looking for . Good job Margaritaville 🌴

Enrique Jimenez and Joajuin , our Butlers, I can't say enough about how well they communicated with us and greeted us several times per day to inform of events and to see that all our needs were met. They even drew a bubble bath for us as a suggestion and that turned out to be the perfect end to a perfect day. They coordinated all our transportation, dinner reservations, and Margaritaville events so that everywhere we went someone knew we were coming and ready for us. It is clear that all Margaritaville staff work together and really care about our experience.

Amazing Stay!
This is a perfect place to relax and just let go. The staff is amazing. We had 2 Bulters Joaquin and Enrique. They were amazing! They were very friendly and extremely helpful. I will return again! No question about it. I also loved that the AC worked well! It was always cold in my room which I loved!

Loved this resort!
Spent the week of new years here with my family and boyfriend. The resort itself was beautiful. Lots of attention to detail, like aromatherapy and being welcomed with margarita popsicles (you can also get these at license to chill at lunch and I highly recommend!). The New Year’s Eve party was a lot of fun! The entertainment staff are a blast and we enjoyed the aqua Zumba most days! The food and drinks were excellent, cocktails (especially at salted rim bar in the lobby) were so much better than any all inclusive and the steakhouse was our favourite restaurant. I liked having a brewery instead of a disco for late nights. Carlos at landshark was the best! Michael at the SOS swim up bar and all the bartenders at the 5 o’clock somewhere bar were great. We had membership perks thanks to my parents so we had a butler to help us out anytime - thanks so much to Karen, Frida and Joaquin for being on top of making sure our vacation was perfect. Overall, I loved this resort and if it weren’t for the lack of beach, I’d give it a 12/10. The stairs washed away due to the hurricane but there are plans to fix them along with possibly a beach area in the future is my understanding. This isn’t in their control so it’s no fault of theirs. The ocean view is gorgeous, we had a perfect room to watch the sun rise. If you love a saltwater swim like myself, bring water shoes to make it work. Otherwise, go into puerto Morelos for a beach day like we did.

Fantastic time at Margaritaville
We had a wonderful stay at this resort and loved the excursions offered by BRX. Enrique and Joaquin were our concierges, and they did an amazing job taking care of us and making sure we were happy all of the time! Enrique really took a lot of time making sure everything was perfect and that things ran smoothly for us, taking care of dinner reservations, stocking our mini bar with items we wanted etc. Bubble baths waiting for us after dinner were a real treat! We would love to come back!!
