Feb 21, 2025Great, relaxing quick sibling vacation
First, our butlers Armando and Enrique were awesome. So accommodating and willing to do anything for us. We had an in suite dinner and it was great. The chef Leonardo was great and the food was awesome. Charley at the pool was great. He kept the prestige lounge is tip top shape.

Perfecto
Easily a 5 out of 5. We had Armando and Enrique as our team of butlers and they were nothing short of perfect!! We were only here for a short time, but these two literally made our trip amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better week in paradise. We were incredibly sad to leave. It was PERFECT

Went for a 40th birthday trip with a group of 9 women. The resort was very clean and well kept. Food was amazing. I loved that you could make your own chilaqueles at the omelette station. The foam party made us feel like kids and was well done. We didn't interact with too many of the entertainment staff but they were always high energy. A highlight for sure was our stops at the Salted Rim. Gibram, Victor, Louis and Angel took great care of us (and everyone else). They had amazing cocktails, and we loved watching them light stuff on fire. They worked really well together and it showed with great service and great drinks. I know it's their job to connect with the visitors but I feel like they went above and beyond with their customer service. Thanks gentlemen we had so much fun!

Memorable and Pampered
My wife and I had a most memorable and pampered short vacation to celebrate our anniversary and escape the snow in the NE. This was our second vacation to a Margaritaville resort by Karisma in a span of 2 years. Unfortunately both resorts do not have a beach but the pools and pool activities more than made up for that. A special shout-out to our butlers Enrique and Armando for making our stay enjoyable from day 1 through departure day. They provided us the daily schedule of activities, reserved a cabana by the pool, made reservations at the restaurants and even got us a time slot at the spa even when we were told it was fully booked. Also, a special mention to Joaguin who “butlered” our in-suite dinner on our last evening. Chef Edie was incredible with the delicious dinner he prepared for us. Wait staff Noel kept us entertained by doing the baby shark while serving the fish tacos we ordered while Roberto made sure our coffee cups and drink glasses are full. Housekeeping did a good job by making our room clean, tidy and fresh. Overall we had a great time and will be looking at other Karisma resorts for our next vacation.

Amazing Getaway
My husband and I went to this resort for my birthday and it did not disappoint. We loved pretty much everything about it only downside to us was the dining options. Limited to only 2 a la carte restaurants and I think at least 1 more would be a great addition. The no beach didn’t bother us and we knew that before hand. We are coming back in April with our adult daughter and her husband and hoping for another great time!
