    Niki made this ok hotel brilliant

    It’s been slightly hit and miss. The hotel is lovely but the pools are freezing (although they’re billed as heated), we had issues with service and our room. However, Niki kosma really made this trip - the wine tasting was one of the best we’ve ever done. Niki was knowledgable, friendly and taught us things we didn’t expect about wine (even helping comfort our 3 month old baby when he was restless). Niki was also lovely when we saw her around the hotel and in different restaurants - a credit to Marbella. I’m still undecided if we’d come back, but if we do I’d hope to see Niki again.

    Excellent

    This is an outstanding resort. Clean with excellent facilities this resort lacks for nothing. Food is superb both in buffets and a la carte (Celeste restaurant is especially recommended but all the on-site food facilities are excellent) and you can book restaurants nearby via reception if you fancy eating off site (if you do, avoid the Kohyli Bay dine out experience which is really close but you'd be better off eating roadkill and go for the Paxinos restaurant which is further away but outstanding). The stand-out at this resort is the staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. Attentive without being in your face, every MarBella employee we met was friendly and super-helpful. The MarBella staff are now the gold standard by which all future hotel employees will be judged! Overall well worth raiding the piggy bank to visit.

    3rd visit will return

    A fabulous hotel with the staff being excellent from reception housekeeping waitresses and waiters. Management very visible at all times. A variety of restaurants and pool/beachside snacks. All very good. Nicked in the Mediterranean restaurant can't do enough and holds a fabulous wine tasting session 😋 she is extremely knowledgeable. Grounds kept immaculate and the watersports great. The kids clubs are well attended which give the parents a break. No shortage of sunbeds around both pools. However families preferred the unsalted water. Waterpark also a bonus but during our stay only drinks being served there No snacks. One suggestion is that the animation team could be more enthusiastic during aquarobics and other activities and once activity's finished that there is some form of background music. All in all a lovely resort rooms have everything needed spotlessly clean friendly staff 😀 variety of food. Entertainment could be better.

    MarBella Corfu, Greece

    Lovely short break, hotel was immaculate and the staff incredibly welcoming and helpful. Nice area , walk to shops, other restaurants nearby and great beach facilities. The rooms were nice and well kept , seaview was a little restricted from our room but didn't take anything away from the holiday. Great water park on site, fun for all the family with all size of slides.

    BEST hotel

    This is the BEST hotel ever it’s worth all inclusive the drinks best thing ever buffet open late and so much to do! If you have an opportunity to go go there! Waterpark with a bar pool and private beach?! Not to mention they support local businesses in the town about a mile away!
