Perfectly Adequate all inclusive. A good value for sure.
The room an ocean view King was modern, comfortable, and kept very clean. . You can take a walking tour of Willemstad from the hotel (they have tour maps available). All restaurants and even the lobby are open air. The Italian and seafood were the best. The buffet was good for breakfast but you are not greeted and seated. Get there early bc even utensils are in short supply after the first hour. Also the staff was not friendly at all with a few exceptions. There is only one store on the property and no entertainment. It’s not Aruba but there’s an understated relaxed vibe that grows on you.

Nice hotel with potential!
This was my second time to this resort in two years. The service has gotten really bad. The workers are mostly on their phones and talking to each other. Not many smile or very friendly. The a la carte restaurants seemed to be short staffed a lot leaving the servers running around like crazy. Nobody ever responded to my what's app or stay app requests. We reserved 2 King beds. It got changed to a 1 king bed, 2 room suite. It had a great view of the ocean. I had to request 7 times to get someone to split our king bed into 2 twin beds after 24 hours. The food was good in each restaurant and buffet. The room was clean and the AC worked great. Most areas were kept clean. The pool was nice and the private back area. I did feel as a Hilton honors gold member that it did not make a difference & there were no extra perks or incentives.

Swendy
I had the opportunity to play soccer with Swendy, and it was a great experience. During our game, Swendy demonstrated incredible teamwork, determination, and communication skills. He was not only skilled at the game but also made sure to involve everyone, creating a collaborative and positive environment. Swendy clearly knows how to work well with others and contribute to a productive and enjoyable atmosphere. I highly recommend Swendy as someone who brings energy, dedication, and a team-first attitude to everything he do.

An anniversary stay in hell.
1. Upon arrival at the Mangrove for our anniversary vacation it was clear that they had given away our paid for reserved room. We were offered an upgrade at the RIF, when I asked if it was going to be the same type of room as I had reserved, I was told "yes". When we arrived at the RIF, we were told that they did not have oceanfront rooms and all we could get was the cruise ship view. The room they gave us was on the 2nd floor with a pool view and a view of the workers quarters. 2. We were finally given a room at the Mangrove Saturday evening 3. Upon entering the room at the Mangrove, it was clear that the AC was not working, we did not have AC until Sunday, and it still continued to go in and out. 4. The overall sanitation was not good. All of the eateries with the exception of the buffet food area were exposed to the birds, however all eating areas were outside. There are no air-conditioned restaurants on the resort. 5. The buffet open for lunch from 12:30p to 2pm and for dinner 7pm to 9:30pm. All other restaurants opened at 6p and 7p, but all closed by 9:30pm. 6. There was no service, check-in and out was a nightmare, it was truly self-serve pretty much wherever you went on the resort. There was no organization at all and no one you could ask for direction. 7. There were cigarette butts everywhere ants both in and out of the rooms 8. I would not recommend this resort nor the RIF to anyone visiting the island.

Worst resort I have ever been to. Rude customer service and no one is friendly. Had to get my room changed 3 times and still no apologizes! Ridiculous, I wouldn’t recommend to no one.
