Majestic Mirage is a special place, primarily because the staff is so exceptional. We feel particularly lucky to have crossed paths with the general manager, Elena, who takes a personal interest in the guests. Our butler, Eduardo, was professional, responding promptly to all of our requests. Restaurant hostesses, Dorcas, Neomi and Altagracia always greeted us with a smile and made us feel as if they'd been waiting just for us. The restaurant servers, Jonathan (Italian) and Rachell and Jency (Seaside) made dining always pleasurable. Other standouts included Ramon, pool concierge, Rafael from hydrotherapy and Yojalis at pickleball. The Mirage is a happy place, where you rarely find a worker who is not smiling. Additionally, the rooms are among the most spacious of any resort. We stay for prolonged periods and really appreciate the comfortable bed and second bathroom. After traveling to a variety of resorts in the Caribbean, some more expensive than the Mirage, we will not venture elsewhere again. The service cannot be equalled.

Great resort- highly recommended Wilber as a butler/host. He was a great communicator and always made sure we were happy. Enjoyed the coffee shop and hibachi restaurant! A great way to spend a family Christmas vacation. Can’t wait to come back!!

Winter Break 2024
I liked the pools and the steakhouse, the pool bars were an incredible experience and the bartenders were fun to chat with. The steakhouse had some really good ribeyes. The only issue I had was that the food would take a long time to come out at certain places, but the food was good. Bolivar was a great butler!

Best time in Punta Cana 2024
Everything was wonderful as always. Samuel, Alex, Noemi, Bienvenido, Raul, Miguel Angel at the buffet, Rafi, Efrain, Oscar the sushi guy, Juan Bernardo and Daisy are the best! Everyone is always so friendly and makes your stay that much more enjoyable. We have been here many times, it's like coming home to family!

Great place to visit! Didn’t want to leave! Eduanny Ana at the sports bar makes amazing drinks and is so energetic! Leonel Frias was a terrific butler! Edward in activities is a natural at his job! Kept us laughing and entertained! The staff is incredible and works so hard to make sure you have an amazing trip!
