Majestic Resorts has recently improved our kids club which is called the Splash Kids Club and offers a wide variety of entertainment for kids. Our highly trained staff will take care of the small ones needs, making this a special and unforgettable vacation.
Located on beautiful grounds with its own pools including one with slides, sport games, Nintendo’s, mini disco and TV programs are just some of the activities the young will enjoy.

Just got back from the Mirage. It was amazing. Our butler Arturo was beyond amazing and made sure he did what we asked. I met Arturo when he was a beach attendant and he was amazing then. They did right by choosing him to be a butler. On the Bar we met some amazing bartenders. Gridel and Angel in the lower bar near reception. Also this older gentleman working the bar. They were all entertaining. Then piano bar and he was at seaside bar Cesar was amazing. Restaurants. At steakhouse and seaside there was Luis who is now a supervisor and when I met him before was a waiter. He is exceptional. At seaside Niki was amazing. He did our romantic night waiter. Above and beyond. Other waiters. Leonardo, Jonathan and countless others all were amazing. I keep coming back to this resort company for a reason. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you happy. The food has kept getting better every time I go. By the pool say hi to Juan Bernardo he is the treasure of the Mirage.

Jan 28, 2025Great experience at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana
We had a great experience at the Majestic Mirage in Punta Cana. We have been to DR many times and this hotel experience was at the top. The staff were exceptionally friendly and were ready to help as needed. Our Concierge Alby was very attentive and listened to our preferences. He was quick to act when the locking mechanism on our door was not working and stayed with us until the security staff were able to unlock and replace the batteries. Alby checked in and out with us each day and made sure we had all we needed for the day. We understand this is his job, however we have been to other resorts with concierge service and rarely saw our assigned concierge. The Piano Bar was our favourite spot to have a drink in the evenings, and bartenders Jerry and Yuka were fun, accommodating and made our visit memorable. The resort is lucky to have them! The grounds and beach were clean, well manicured and beautiful. We could always find plenty of lounge chairs under palapas and/or Bally beds every day - something not all resorts we have been to could boast. The restaurants had lots of options to choose from and we did not go hungry in the least! Our room was modern, clean and comfortable, lots of space. We were very happy we chose this resort and will definitely be back! Thanks again to Alby, Jerry and Yuka!

We had planned this vacation for a long time. Read the reviews and we were sure, our return trip to Punta Cana, at a different resort would be amazing. First impressions, beautiful, great bracelet/ room key, & communication system with our butler. Gorgeous grounds, spacious room, beautiful beach with plenty of chairs and cabanas. Entertainment was good, cafe and bars great. The negative, 4 of 6 got quite sick. 2 of our group had multiple bug bites, although we never saw a mosquito. One of our gang with a seafood allergy, had 3 separate incidents of cross contamination. Our rooms, spacious, but bedding was worn with holes in sheets. Did the good out weight the bad…. No, There are lots of options …. We will keep looking.

Great resort
My family (grandparents, son, daughter in law, 2 grandsons) spent 1 week at Mirage and the grandparents spent 2 weeks and found the resort very enjoyable. Food was excellent, rooms were spacious, beach was wonderful and the staff were fantastic. The grounds and public spaces are extensive and offer many locations for a private moment. In the Marketplace (main buffet), we were most impressed with Maria, the night floor manger who constantly was on the look out for a guest that needed service, a table that needed cleaning or some other aspect of the dining operation that needed attention. She made sure that the wait staff did their job and looked after the clients needs. She is an excellent food and beverage manager. Often, the six of us frequented the Sports Bar for lunch and each time, all the staff were fantastic in looking after us, especially when providing a surprise birthday cake for my son. That night, the staff in La Rinascita also surprised my son with a birthday cake and song; sincerely appreciated. Our butler, Jacobs constantly inquired if we needed any help with anything at the resort and it's nice to know that there is someone there who can help you, even on his day off! He also arranged surprise birthday decorations for me in our room that were a very nice touch. Regretfully, we cannot remember the name of the wonderful lady who served us breakfast many mornings, in the adult lounge just off the beach. She was most kind and we thank her for all her help, but apologize for forgetting her name. The only negative comment we had was with the number of smokers in many parts of the resort. On several occasions (i.e. breakfast, nightly entertainment, plaza, lobby bar, beach), we had to move to avoid the smoke.

World Class
Love this resort! Simple the best! Food, service, amenities all world class. Awesome fitness facility! Rooms are spectacular. Make sure you use your do not disturb sign. We have also stayed at the resort in Cancun. Consistent with all the resorts and quality services.
