Nov 21, 2024Beautiful place with amazing staff!
Our 14th trip at Majestic and 10th at the Mirage. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Our butler, Elvis, was amazing and checked in with us in person every day to see if there was anything we needed. Other butlers that we have gotten to know over the years were also very helpful, Pablo and Isaias. Maria Coss kept our room clean every day and always did it early in the day for us. All of the staff at Majestic, from the managers, to the dining, bar and pool staff are friendly and amazing, always smiling faces willing to do whatever they can to make your vaca special. Special thanks to GM Elena, Jesuito, Raul, Yelitza, Olga, Ana Maria, Dorcas, Wanda, Neomi, Luis, William, Nelson, Aleksander, Rafael, Gustavo and Rafi for doing all you did to make us feel special and welcome each and every day. They all really do make you feel like family🥰

Wonderful, Relaxing top notch
This is the most beautiful and relaxing place! The staff are all amazing and so polite and nice. Our Butler, Montero was the best. He was so helpful and the kindest man! He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He gave myself the best birthday surprise and took the time to help us on anything

Very nice resort! Rooms are very nice! The food in the specialty restaurants was very good. Buffet was ok. Some foods were cold. The pool and beach were very nice! Our maid was very good about replacing used towels after we left a note in Spanish about what we needed. Now the cons: Check in needs to be improved. Because of being in the club, check in was suppose to be quick! It’s not!!!!! After traveling all day the last thing you want to do is sit in a room a wait for someone to address you! It was almost one hour for the whole process! When taking a shower, the water would run under the door, so we used our bathrobes to catch the water. Have beverages in the rooms but no ice! There are ice machines on all floors! First day I was able to get ice, the rest of the week the machines were not working! We were on the second floor, my husband had to go to the fourth floor to find ice! First day, got beach towels on way to the beach, no problem! Next “5 “ days, they never had towels! Didn’t make any effort to get us any! Once again, my husband had to walk over to the other mirage club room to get towels! I would hope they work on these issues! We will probably give the Mirage another try!!!

Magnificent !
This is the best Hotel ever ! This is our second time here ! We live everything about it ! But especially our special man Bolivar who helped us throughout our journey discovering this beautiful country once again. Please ask for Bolivar if you go there !!!

Always the best place to go for a relaxing vacation
This hotel is amazing we always have a blast when we visit, the staff is amazing Yelitza in the check in amazing and very professional in the steak restaurant Luis is the best always ready to serve you with great costumer service and helpful with everything you need yimbu and Francisco at the pool bar made our best drinks Milady at the café español best barista ever and always with a smile :)
