  Majestic Mirage - fantastic

  Great time in the sun! Ana at the Parot bar is wonderful and we will be back. The food and drinks are fantastic and the beach wasn’t that busy. We were able to get loungers by the pool each day The steakhouse and the Seaside were our favourites Albi was our butler and helped create a wonderful holiday. Cheers Adam

  The staff at Majestic Mirage are all very friendly, and went out of their way to provide us with great service. Our room attendant, Ramona, was on top of everything concerning our room, keeping it clean and the coffee supplies full. Our butler, Amable, who we have had the past 2 years now, is so friendly and helpful. The best! His associate, Jordy, came to our room and decorated it with flowers and balloons to celebrate our anniversary. Very sweet! We stayed in room # 4109, which is the end room farthest from the beach in building 4. It was perfect for us, as we somewhat isolated from the rest of the people in the pool, as that room is sort of around the corner at the end. We plan on requesting it again next year, if available. The piano bar bartender, Yuqueisy, was fabulous and very attentive. The fitness room attendant, Blue, made sure we had a great workout. Finally, one last person to mention, was Juan at the pool bar at the end of building #4. Top notch service with a smile. This was our second year in a row, and plan to go again next year. We stayed in the club level, and chose the swim-up pool suite. It was fabulous. The 2 room suite was spacious, and very comfortable for the week. We really enjoyed the beach, especially the day beds, that are included. Just make sure you get to the beach really early if you want one. They go pretty quickly. As for the restaurant choices, my personal favorite was the hibachi grill, but you must have reservations, so inquire the day you arrive. We enjoyed the Seaside restaurant for breakfast most mornings. Room service was also very good, and on time. We went to the steakhouse 2 nights because we really enjoyed eating outdoors. Can't wait to go back next year!

  Awesome vacation at Majestic Mirage resort

  We stayed at Majestic Mirage resort at Punta Cana. We had an amazing experience. Rosario was our butler who did an excellent job to take care of us during our stay. We enjoyed beautiful beach, pools, kids club, and food at their restaurants. The stuff is very friendly. We will come back again. Thank you Majestic Mirage!

  A great beach holiday.

  The resort is an excellent all inclusive beach resort. The staff are sincere, friendly and truly work very hard to make your visit the best they can. Our butler Candio was exceptional and William the sommelier was on top of all of the restaurants. Thank you to all.

  Exceptional experience, exceptional staff attention

  We sincerely thank the Majestic Mirage staff for a Five Star Experience.  From the moment our family of five – three adults and two children - arrived at the entrance, we were swept away by the graciousness of the hotel staff.  On entry, our baggage was immediately rushed out of our hands as we were given wet cloths to freshen our face and hands from the travel from the airport.  The hotel entrance was immaculate and we soon came to appreciate the hotel staff’s commitment to ensuring the grounds would remain at the highest standards of cleanliness.  During the check-in process, we were deeply appreciative of the complimentary beverages, snacks, and play area (best up to age 8yrs) for our children.  The check-in personnel were courteous, welcoming, inviting, informative, and most appreciated – provided just the right amount of time to collect our details and inform us of key information before sending us with our butler, Rosario.  As Rosario escorted us through the beautiful grounds and finally to our rooms, we would soon come to appreciate the sincerity of Rosario’s commitment to allow us time to focus on relaxing and enjoying our time on vacation.  We received 5-star service from Rosario who remained in continuous contact with us throughout our trip, without being intrusive.  Our rooms were setup perfectly to accommodate our family, offering us options for setting up our children in either main bedroom or common area.  When we ran into an issue with our outdoor lighting, Rosario quickly worked with hotel maintenance to fix our problem and came back later in the evening to follow-through to make sure it met our needs.  He provided the kind of service that makes us want to return. The rooms were very comfortable and bath/kitchenette was well stocked throughout our stay.  The hotel cleaning staff seemed to know just when we left our rooms to not disrupt our stay while staying on top of the room’s cleanliness.  We were blessed with a swim-up room that also came with lounge bed & chairs as well as an outdoor tub.  (Our children enjoyed their outdoor bubble bath, equipped with colorful balloon squids, thanks again to Rosario).  Though lively by day, the swim-up pool space and nearby proximity to bars did not seem to disturb us at all and we were even able to enjoy the faint music in the piazza at night while winding down. The hotel app made communication with hotel staff easy as did the posting of hotel amenity details (i.e. spa, dining options, shows etc).  We appreciate Chef (Carla) __ who greeted us and helped us along our stay with dietary restriction needs.  Many times we found Chef greeting us at the hostess stand, ready to make sure we were well taken care of.  The beaches, with all its lounge chairs, shaded spots, and beds were where we spent most of our time.  This too was clean and everyone seemed to respect each other’s vacation needs by offering a quiet space to enjoy.  We thoroughly enjoyed the Majestic Mirage for all it offered.
